I was an anxious wreck when I first walked in the doors. These people are the best. I am now so much better off dental wise. Initially, I was referred by a local dentist who felt i was too difficult and my dental health was too complex for him that he recommended me removing all my teeth and getting implants. Luckily, I walked in to see Dr Levy and the amazing hygienist Kristen. I only lost 2 teeth and needed some deep cleaning and fillings. I am now receiving compliments on my teeth from friends and family. They are the best!!

From the front desk to the hygienist (Donna) to Dr. Levy, everyone makes me feel welcome. There only concern is that my teeth are healthy. Lots of times they have suggestions where I can do better. Love receiving their monthly letter. This month they not only discussed how overall health is connected to your teeth, but also insurance, billing. AND a recipe for a green bean casserole. Love this group!!

Good dentists and hygienists, but bad admin. 1. AFTER my last check up was completed 8 weeks ago, I was told Dr Harvey Levy & Associates was no longer “in network” for my insurance, so I paid the full price the same day. I was told that they would file the insurance paperwork and that my insurer would directly send me a refund for a portion of my payment. 2. The following week, my insurance directly paid Levy and Associates (not me) because, as it turns out, they are still “in network.” 3. I’ve called the Practice twice since then. I’ve also talked to my insurer, who confirmed they remain in network, and told me that Levy & Associates have not even notified them that they want to be out of network. 4. It’s now 8 weeks since I paid Levy & Associates in full, and 7 weeks since the Practice received a second payment from my insurer for the same work. I have not received any refund yet. When I last called Levy & Associates, an administrative assistant was both rude and condescending as I explained what the insurance folks told me--both I and the insurance company simply don’t understand the process, she said. So I then requested a call back from someone else at the Practice. It has been 10 more days of patient waiting since that call, and I have heard nothing. After 30 years with Levy & Associates, I think it is fair for me to update my old 5 star rating, as they no longer deserve it. It is not the lost money that troubles me, it is about how poorly they’ve treated a long-term, reliable, and previously satisfied customer.

My husband had two bad experiences with dentist when younger even waking up during anesthesia. He has been scared to death to see any dentist. I heard about Dr Levy and took him to see him and praise the Lord my husband now can go Dr Levy for any dental work and know he is well taken care of. Dr Levy took Mike and I by the hand and introduced us to every employee and is so reassuring when there's any type of work being done to you. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Dr. Levy and his staff are WONDERFUL!!! Dr. Levy is very knowledgeable, patient, and experienced. If you are anxious, he puts you at ease and very patiently explains everything for you. His dental work is impeccable! Most of all he works "excellently" with children and adults with disabilities AND their family. He has given my grandson who has Autism wonderful dental experiences over the years. It is very difficult to find a dentist and staff who takes such good care of their patients. Our family highly recommends Dr. Harvey Levy. Josephine Angarita
