I had my first appointment here today! Everyone was extremely nice, organized, and efficient. My hygienist gave me a thorough, yet gentle cleaning, and worked quickly and accurately to get all my x-rays done. She also gave some great advice on how I can keep my teeth cleaner, and she made me feel at ease as a new patient. Dr. Patel was very friendly and ensured everything was looking good clinically. He also educated me about ways I can improve my teeth on a more cosmetic level, and staff is working on scheduling me for a consultation. So much better than my previous dental experiences in the past!

Like many previous reviews have mentioned, the dentists themselves are great, but my experience with the office staff and billing was very disappointing. I really appreciate the work they do with individuals with disabilities! Before my visit, I updated my insurance to the Veterans Delta Dental plan and provided my new insurance information to the office before my appointment. The office verified my insurance, told me I was still in network when I made the appointment over the phone as well as when I was there (twice), and I paid the exact amount they quoted me for my cleaning and cavity filling. Several weeks later, I received an unexpected bill for an additional balance. After speaking with my insurance company, I learned my insurance had been processed in a way that left me responsible for additional charges. At no point before treatment was I informed that I could owe more than the amount the office quoted and collected on the day of service. I tried multiple times to resolve the issue directly with the office, explaining that I had relied on the information they provided after they verified my updated insurance. They declined to adjust the balance, and the account was ultimately sent to collections. The dentists do excellent work, but I would strongly encourage anyone seeking treatment here to request a written estimate and a clear explanation of how their specific insurance plan will be billed before agreeing to treatment. Unfortunately, the surprise bill and collections I have been fighting for over a year now are just not worth it.

I had a great experience at this dental office! The new surgeon who extracted my tooth was extremely professional and knowledgeable, which made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate the care and precision they provided. Dr. Patel is absolutely amazing always kind, attentive, and thorough. The front desk staff are also wonderful, very friendly, organized, and welcoming every time I visit. Overall, the entire team goes above and beyond. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality dental care!

Due to an emergency the appointment needed to be changed. They quickly provided me with times that fit my schedule for the next day. The hygienist I saw was very pleasant, thorough and gentle. My chat with the Doctor afterwards was very informative, answered all my questions and explained options including do nothing. Excellent treatment!

My grandson, Donnegan, is a special needs patient. He is seen by a team of technicians that check and clean his teeth and a dentist. He gets the best care. Donnie was a bit anxious during his initial visits, but has become very comfortable with the staff. Everyone is so nice, knowledgeable, efficient. The staff get along very well, which makes a big difference too. Highly recommend this group.
