I’m new to San Antonio and have been searching for a great dentist to help me stay on top of my oral health. My first two attempts weren’t great — one office felt like dealing with used‑car salesmen, and another canceled on me twice because of their coverage.
Then I called Shaenfield Family Dental, and from the very first minute on the phone, I knew this was different. The front desk receptionist was friendly, patient, and genuinely listened to my concerns. She even spoke with the dentist on my behalf to clarify a few things, then scheduled me for a same‑day appointment.
When I arrived, the positive experience continued. The dentist and hygienist were warm, upbeat, and attentive. They listened, explained every step, and made the cleaning and exam completely painless. They also gave me clear options for improving my oral health without any pressure.
I’m truly glad I made the call — I’ve found my new dental home.
Shaenfield Family Dental and Dr. Hasheem were fantastic. I had a tooth extracted, and the procedure was quick and about as painless as a tooth extraction can be. Dr. Hasheem has a wonderful bedside manner and immediately put me at ease. The front desk staff were also extremely friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I generally don’t enjoy going to the dentist and tend to avoid it, but I’m so glad I found Dr. Hasheem. I highly recommend this practice.
Dr. Hasheem and her staff are truly outstanding. You’re treated with professionalism and care. Dr. Hasheem takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and it’s obvious she takes great pride in her work. The entire team makes you feel comfortable and respected. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality dental care.
Went in today for my routine cleaning and check up. Dr. Hasheem and her staff were welcoming and professional. The facility is always great and the service was top notch.
I love Shaenfield Family Dental. Dr. Hasheem is a great doctor. When you're there you truly feel like family. She takes her time with me, she answers all the questions I have, explains the procedures and I never feel rushed. Her staff is very nice, too. I always have a great visit and, therefore, I would highly recommend her.
