I have been coming here for the past year and have had a great experience each time. This time I brought my daughter and she saw Dr. Upwards with the help of his assistants Gaby and Karina. They were super nice and took the time to explain each process so that my daughter felt comfortable. They also provided her with some tips on how to take better care of her teeth.

I’ve had an incredible experience at the Forever Dental Archer location, and I can't say enough good things about Dr. Upwards and his entire team. Dr. Upwards is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but he’s also very gentle and amazing with all his patients. He makes sure everyone feels comfortable and well taken care of. His welcoming nature puts you at ease right from the start, and you can tell he truly cares about his patients' well-being. The whole team at this location is just as wonderful! From the moment you walk in, you can feel the positive and caring atmosphere they’ve created. I’d also like to give a special shoutout to Mayra—she’s absolutely amazing at what she does. She’s incredibly patient and understanding, making sure to take the time to explain things clearly and make the whole process smooth. I’m so grateful to be in their care! Have been a patient at Forever Dental since I was a toddler, and I never plan on switching clinics. The care team makes you feel welcomed each time you visit and make scheduling very simple. They even gave me the best gift bag for my birthday!

I was walking past Forever Dental with no teeth in my mouth: none, zero - and the lovely people inside noticed and yanked me in with a long shepard's cane as though I was bombing on stage at the Apollo Theatre. They promptly sat me down, put me under, and I woke up with 32 fresh, new teeth in my head. Yes, they even managed to squeeze new wisdom teeth into my skull! I was shocked, amazed, and overjoyed! I was so happy with my new teeth and wisdom that I wasn't even upset that they had kidnapped and drugged me! When it came time to pay, they just shook their heads and asked me to pay it forward, and I did... unfortunately I'm not a dentist, so when I did the sane thing to the first toothless stranger I saw I was promptly (and rightly) arrested. *this story may be slightly exaggerated. But the quality of their work and employees is all true. As is my arrest.

TRYING TO TAKE ALL YOUR MONEY! I have insurance and what ever wasn’t covered by the insurance I paid in full. Well I keep getting letters saying I have to pay the remaining balance. I called and they stated the remaining balance has to be paid by the insurance but the system doesn’t know how to distinguish between payments. So months later I’m still getting letters stating I owe money. Only issue I have here is if this happens to an elderly person they would definitely pay the remaining balance when they shouldn’t have!
