Other offices have quoted me 2-3x the cost of this practice. While I understand insurance plans and coverage vary, the value and honesty here are unmatched. Quick, efficient, and highly recommended!

I've very happy I switched to this dental office, and they accept CareFirst insurance. Stellar technology and equipment, and excellent dental hygienists. I always feel relaxed when I come here for a cleaning. They have a gentle touch and are very thorough! They also did a great job with my filling. Very friendly staff and appointments are convenient and efficient. Highly recommend!

I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning after my previous dentist’s office unexpectedly closed without any notice. When I first made my appointment, I received a call the day before informing me that I had selected the wrong appointment type and needed to reschedule. While that was inconvenient, I understood and rescheduled without any issues. What I find frustrating is that my rescheduled appointment is now only two days away, and I was just informed that this office does not accept my insurance. This is information that should have been discussed when I initially booked the appointment, or at the very latest when they contacted me to reschedule several weeks ago. As a new patient, I trusted that important details like insurance eligibility would be verified before my appointment date. Instead, I’ve spent weeks waiting for care only to find out at the last minute that I can’t use my insurance here. It feels unprofessional and shows a lack of communication and consideration for patients’ time. I hope they improve their scheduling and insurance verification process so others don’t have the same experience.
