a month agoFirst rate service and care. 100% non-judgy. You get the sense that what they really want to do is get you taken care of and on the road to good dental health. Miss Ellen and Dr. Nguyen Ma are great: thorough and thoughtful and knowledgeable and informative. I’ve had not so many good dentist experiences over the years but at last I think I’ve found my dentist.

10 months agoEasy to schedule and they can tell you right away if your insurance is in network with their business. Locally owned! Highly recommended by my two Yelp Elites friends and so happy I gave it a shot. I just moved here and I’ve been driving back and forth for almost two years now and I thought I should come to a dentist here in Austin! Very professional, thorough, compassionate and o felt like home. Coming to the dentist is not my favorite but this place made me feel taken cared of from scheduling, checking in, dental hygienist thanks to my hygienist and the Dr Nguyen!

3 months agoI had heard and read good things about this dental office and I am pleased to say that my expectations were met and exceeded. I absolutely adored Lucy (my hygienist). She was extremely friendly, personable, and pleasant to be around. Sean (the dentist) was super nice too. Both of them were not judgmental whatsoever, had lots of good advice, and even found a mistake a previous dentist made! They also didn’t upsell me at all, which was a relief. Overall, everyone, from the front desk staff to the dentist, was super welcoming and I couldn’t have left happier. I’d recommend them to anyone.

3 months agoI usually feel pretty anxious about dental appointments, but Tech Ridge Dental has been such a positive experience for me. I’ve only been twice so far (exam and cleaning), but from the moment I walked in, everyone was so kind and welcoming. The staff really makes you feel comfortable and cared for, and I never felt rushed or judged. It’s honestly the first dental office where I’ve felt truly at ease.

7 months agoExcellent. Careful. Precise. Explains procedures. The hygienists are the best. The entire practice is top notch. I had to work through 3 other dentists before happily finding Dr Sean, it was a good search. One other quality point - after a crown he CALLED ME to check on how things were going. That’s a first
