Toothbar has always been great. From the people at the front desk, to the hygienists, to the dentists; everyone has always been AMAZING. My dentist, Dr. Bakke has always had my best interests in mind when discussing my treatment plan. So grateful for her. Additionally, I had the absolute BEST experience today when I was lucky enough to have Nikki as my hygienist. (Sorry if I misspelled her name). Nikki is truly an AMBASSADOR for oral health and education. I can’t say enough good things about her! She listens to your needs, is patient, and kind. She educates you about your oral health and offers recommendations to fit your needs. Nikki was attentive and her work was gentle yet extremely thorough. It was amazing how clean my teeth felt!! She truly cares about your experience and is a GEM of an addition to the Toothbar team. TOOTHBAR IS THE BEST IN AUSTIN!! Thank you for everything; I will never again test out another dentist while in Austin.

I visited the Tooth Bar today for the first time today. The experience was exceptional! Unfortunately I have had numerous dental experiences throughout my life - today was by far my best dental experience. Front the customer service oriented front desk team, to the stellar hygienist to my dentist, Dr. Bakke - the experience was stellar. I had an extremely thorough initial exam and left with a well thought out plan to resolve my dental concerns that incorporated my preferences. Did I mention the office is gorgeous! I adore the dentists here, and have seen them for seven years. I don't understand why the billing is consistently a nightmare. They can't seem to stay in network with any dental insurance company for more than a few months. You won't find out about it until after the fact, or days before your appointment. I love my dentist, but not enough to deal with such an unprofessional hot mess of a billing department.

Dr. Bakke is always super positive, encouraging, and a pleasure to see. She takes time to address treatment plans and concerns, is always thoughtful, and I'm so glad I chose The Toothbar for all of my dental needs! A great experience each time I visit!

The actual dental providers are amazing and valet parking is clutch. The insurance issues is the reason they are getting this low review. There is a lot of miscommunication regarding the insurance they accept and it’s been an absolute nightmare for the last year. One day they will tell you are covered and you only pay $29 and then 2 weeks later you’ll get a bill for over $500 telling you you’re not covered. Please call your actual insurance provider before doing business with this office. So sad because I thought this was my forever dentist.
