I am so glad a friend recommended Austin Lifetime Dental. I am a lifelong odontophobe, so writing a positive review the day after getting a crown and two fillings is a big deal for me. I was very nervous about the procedure and Suzanne put me at ease right away. She got me a pillow and a weighted blanket and then talked me through the plan. She checked on me often to make sure I was okay and gave me breaks when I needed them. Dr. Lane has such a patient, calming demeanor (and that's not just the nitrous oxide talking). He was meticulous about making sure the crown looked and felt perfect. I have had dentists in the past who have been condescending or shamed me for my anxiety. I know that would never happen here. Every single employee has always treated me with genuine kindness and patience. I look forward to my cleaning with Vincent next month. Thank you all!

I have been a patient at Austin Lifetime Dental for over 10 years and I’ve had nothing but excellent care. I consistently recommend them to friends. The staff is so kind and professional. They do little things to make you comfortable. They continually update with the latest technology. And they’re genuinely nice people. Gratitude to Dr. Lane, to Suzanne, hygienist Mary, and to Samantha on the office side of things.

Van is my favorite hygienist of my entire life and I am a person who is very panicky about the dentist! She does a great job and is so gentle. The office gets a lot of cool new gadgets and treatments to make the cleaning process faster and less painful. I have 1 very small start to a cavity that we’ve been watching for a few years now. Van and Dr. O were proactive to suggest a new treatment for it to hopefully help slow, stop, or even reverse damage so a filling is hopefully never needed. I researched the treatment in more depth and have a high confidence level that it will be effective.

I am new to the area and I was looking for a dental office and always head to the reviews and check out the website of any new medical office I plan to go to. I am so happy that I came here for my dental treatment! Like so happy haha and it seems that many others are as well. I have worked in the dental field (orthodontics) for quite sometime , so my expectations are quite high when I a look for an office. From the initial call to the warmth and professionalism of the staff, this place exceeded all my expectations. I love that this is a private office, as my experience has been that the care is always much better. The office has 5 doctors and plenty of staff which I believe allows them to have more availability than most private offices. When I called, I spoke with Katie, the front desk/new patient coordinator and she helped me schedule an appointment. She was very helpful , polite and even sweeter in person! This already prepped me for being excited for the first visit. I have since been there twice now and both times I've seen her she greeted me with a smile and wholesome conversation.I also love that they have early morning appointments starting at 7:30am. This really worked with my schedule. Thanks Katie! At my first appointment I was greeted by Sheri, the registered dental hygienist who took care of my initial exam ( xrays, periocharting, and cleaning). She was really kind and explained everything that was going to take place during the visit. She was knowledgeable and very friendly and easy to talk to. She was gentle with the cleaning and my teeth felt great after! After the dentist ( Dr. Toshiki Soejima) looked at my teeth, we agreed there was a couple of areas to be taken care of, so I scheduled to come back. At my follow up visit I was welcomed by another dental assistant, Susie. Once again I was just so impressed that 100% of the staff I met there so far has just been absolutely delightful. She made sure I was comfortable and had a very soft soothing voice that calmed me. She was a wonderful assistant to Dr. Toshiki while he was doing my treatment. As for the treatment and my experience with Dr. Toshiki, I couldn't be happier. I guess it had been a while since I had any sort of treatment done at a dentist office, but I was blown away on how easy and efficient he made the process. I had a filling done for a developing cavity, a restoration from a molar fracture and a sealant on a back molar. I was in at 7:30am and out about 8:30am. In no way did I feel rushed and I was made comfortable the entire time. I was properly numbed on the filling sites, and he made sure my bite was comfortable before I left and made any adjustments to the restorations before I left. Thank you so much, so glad to have these taken care of by you! I am sure that the rest of the staff and the doctors are equally stellar and I highly recommend this office. Oh it's also a nice building inside and I like all the natural light that comes through. Thank you Austin Lifetime Dental for making this such a great and unique experience!=]

My recent visit to Lifetime Dental on Parmer was about as good as it gets for a dental appointment—especially when it involves something as unpleasant as a back molar issue. After a quick and smooth check-in, I was politely reminded that I was well overdue for my follow-up appointment. The staff took the time to properly explain the importance of maintaining good oral health, which I genuinely appreciated. Once the catch-up work began, the dental team performed several scans and thorough examinations. Unfortunately, it was revealed that one of my back molars could not be saved and required removal. I was given the option to schedule the procedure for a later date or to move forward immediately. Based on their professional advice, I agreed it was best to take care of it right away rather than postpone it. Overall, the staff’s professionalism, honesty, and clear communication made what could have been a stressful visit feel calm and well-handled. Aaron
