5 months agoMy experience at Brush dental was exceptional. I have a bit of anxiety regarding dental work and the staff at Brush Dental made me feel at ease. Not only is the facility clean and the team is professional but Dr. Jeff is skilled, competent and confident. I could not recommend this practice more.
Hi My Name Is (Queen Icy)
a month agoRUNNNNN! ⚠️⚠️ CARELESS UNPROFESSIONAL, PREDATORY BILLING, NONINDICATED CARE. I initially removed my previous negative review because I do not want to tear down a business. However, after everything that has happened, I question why I should care when this office has caused permanent damage to my teeth. I first visited Dr. Jeff’s office in early 2023 for what I was told would be a deep cleaning and X-rays. Instead, the appointment turned into scaling—a procedure I had never needed before. No prior dentist had ever told me I required scaling, including my longtime dentist who treated me since childhood before retiring. In fact, I have consistently been told I have good oral health. When I had my wisdom teeth removed, the oral surgeon even commented that my teeth were some of the best they had seen on X-rays. During my visit, Dr. Jeff made comments suggesting that poor oral health leads to heart disorders and implied that I may have such issues based on appearance alone. I do not have heart disease, nor do I have poor oral health. Being slightly overweight does not justify assumptions about my health. I found these comments inappropriate and felt they were used to psychologically pressure me into unnecessary dental work. The scaling and deep cleaning were split into two appointments, with only one side of my mouth treated during the first visit. That procedure was performed partially by Dr. Jeff and partially by his dental assistant. I experienced significant pain during the procedure and did not feel adequately numbed. Dr. Jeff had to stop midway through, and afterward his demeanor appeared frustrated. I could feel him applying excessive pressure, and his energy felt agitated—despite the fact that I was the one experiencing severe pain. After the swelling subsided, I noticed a hole in my second-to-last molar on the top left side. I have never had holes, fractures, or chips in my teeth before this visit. I am confident this damage occurred during the procedure due to excessive force with the scaling tool. I was extremely upset—and still am—because I now have dental problems I never had prior to visiting this clinic. I regret coming in for what should have been a routine cleaning and leaving with a fractured tooth. After I posted a negative review, Dr. Jeff and his team contacted me to apologize and encouraged me to come back for a re-exam. I was hesitant, especially since I still needed the second half of my mouth treated, but I had already paid for the service. When I returned, they acknowledged the damage and said they could see a small hole, which they then filled. Since the filling, I now have constant issues with food getting stuck between my teeth, and there is little to no spacing where the sealant was placed. Even flossing is difficult and uncomfortable. Overall, I now have more dental issues than I ever had before coming to this office. I am not sure what Dr. Jeff’s issue was, but patients should never pay the price—especially when being charged over $1,000 for what felt like unnecessary and aggressively pushed dental work. What made this even more frustrating was that during my re-exam, Dr. Jeff left before the appointment was finished, telling the dental assistant he needed to prepare for a golfing trip. I came in to have damage repaired, and he left mid-appointment for personal plans. That behavior felt careless, dismissive, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I was charged over $1,000 for what amounted to minor dental work that felt aggressively pushed for profit. Meanwhile, Dr. Jeff presents a lifestyle of veneers and extravagant golfing trips at the expense of patients. What I found especially unprofessional was that he left my exam before it was completed, telling the dental assistant he needed to prepare for a golfing trip. I came in to have damage repaired, and instead my appointment was interrupted for his personal plans. That behavior was dismissive, arrogant, and completely unacceptable in a medical setting.

7 months agoThis was my first visit to the clinic, and I had a great experience. The assistant and the staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. I received a comprehensive dental examination that provided detailed insight into my overall oral health. Dr. Jeff took the time to thoroughly explain everything and answered all my questions with care. I was also given a clear, well-structured treatment plan. Highly recommended

7 months agoDr Jeff is the best. I have a few complex dental problems and I’ve been to many dentists. I’ve been to Brush a few times now and they are by far the best experience I’ve ever had. Comprehensive care that is up to date, patient centered, and minimally invasive as possible. The rest of the staff are also amazing, the front desk, and hygienist Peter, you all made my experience great, thank you!

8 months agoI had such a great experience every time at Brush Dental. All the staff are super great and friendly. Peter, my hygienist was seriously the best! I never used to look forwards to a dentist appointment, but with him I did! And he did such a great job getting rid of the stains on my front teeth. Could not recommend this place more!
