Had a great experience from start to finish! Lena is gentle and precise with X-rays and photos. Dr. Face was friendly, engaging and provided a very thorough exam and explanation of my oral health and dental needs. My hygienist Mesky was gentle but very thorough. The front office staff is friendly knowledgeable and efficient. They made sure to have my records from my previous dentist and ensured that everything went smoothly. If you’re looking for an office that values patient relationships over a quick buck this is the place for you! Also… they have a fish named Big Tony and he’s the cutest!!

Dr. Face was extremely helpful in providing a second opinion from another dental practice as I don’t have much experience with dental offices. The front counter staff were warm and welcoming and the insurance coordinator (really cute, shooting my shot here) helped me find all the current information about my insurance and get the ball rolling. Truly had a great experience with this team and put high faith in them to take care of their patients and give sound advice.

All staff are helpful, and friendly! The dental hygienists explain what they are doing and make sure you are comfortable. They give helpful nys on how to better care for your teeth and gums. Dr Face keeps me informed about what dental care and procedures I need to address. I enjoy his conversations as he checks out my teeth and gums. He is careful to explain any upcoming dental work and also lets me know what he finds when checking my mouth. My overall experience at their office is comfortable and I wouldn’t hesitate to reconsider their services!

Dr. Pickel has been my dentist for many years (measured in decades) and I have never had any complaints. He is wonderful and pleasant to work with. His staff are all lovely and the office is super efficient. I highly recommend North Seattle Dental.

I’ve been going to North Seattle Dental for over 20 years. I saw Dr. Worstman for most of that time until she retired last year. My new dentist, Dr. Face, while it’s only been a year, has been great! I’ve seen a few different hygienists over the years, but at least one is still there since when I started going there who I’ve seen frequently enough to remember when her kids were first in school to now as working professionals with families. I realize doesn’t speak to North Seattle Dental’s practice, but I’ve always had sound, rationale advice and care, never selling me on anything I don’t need, something I’ve heard from friends and family about other seemingly shady practices out there. There’s a reason North Seattle Dental has been consistently rated high in local publications like Seattle Magazine or Seattle Met. They’re not wrong.
