We drive a long distance and pass many other orthodontists on the way to our appointments here. Dr. Mason is worth it. He is extremely good at what he does. He has a vision of what works best for your facial structure and adjusts accordingly. He also gives pretty accurate time estimates. The office is efficient and the staff is friendly. In addition to being a great orthodontist, Dr. Mason is very personable and pleasant; we actually enjoy going to appointments. I will take all of my kids that need braces here.

The Polaris Othrodontic Center was a great place to get my braces done and I managed to get my teeth fixed quicker than what I was expecting. They also have a free t-shirt at the beginning of the appointments and then at the end I got a cold stone creamery gift card which was really nice. All the staff is very friendly and work hard to make sure your experience is good! I definitely recommend this center for other people who need to get braces!

When considering the different options in the Columbus area, it's impossible not to notice the 5 star rating that the Polaris Orthodontic Center maintains. After finishing my treatment with them, I'm happy to also give 5 stars. An overlooked aspect to the whole braces experience is just how long that business relationship lasts. Over the course of almost 2 years, the professionalism and commitment to me by Dr. Mason and his staff was always top notch. That's an incredible experience to have as a customer. Dr. Mason is an incredibly motivated practitioner with an eye for perfection. His employees are personable and hard working. The front desk, in my opinion, usually reflects the culture of the whole operation. The ladies there are always smiling, quick to greet and so pleasant to work with.
