My daughter started her orthodontic treatment at a young age, and from the very first visit, Dr. Amin was extremely professional, patient, and kind—especially with children. He is very detail-oriented, highly skilled, and clearly passionate about his work. The clinic is spotless, well-organized, and very welcoming. Dr. Amin took the time to explain every step of the treatment, which made us feel confident and comfortable throughout the entire process. Dr Mason has been great. We initially were referred to him by our family dentist for our twins at the time. He treated our son and made recommendations for certain baby tooth extractions for our daughter to help their teeth come in straight. After seeing how great he was with our kids, I decided to get my smile fixed. I was never confident when smiling. My teeth were not in terrible shape but I had crowns from a childhood accident. He was confident he could adjust my teeth and fix my bite issues, and he was correct. He was always upfront with us and never tried to push un-needed treatments. He always seemed genuine about making sure your bite and alignment were correct and the cosmetic aspect was just an added plus. If simple cheeper extractions could be done like the example of my daughter he would refer back to our dentist instead of putting her through an un-needed treatment. The way he treated our family is rare in the hustle culture we live in!

I first visited Polaris Orthodontic Center for a consultation in the fall of 2023. The team was low-pressure, informative, and patient. They walked me through the pros and cons of both traditional braces and Invisalign, and even though Invisalign would have been the more expensive option for me, they never pushed me toward it. Dr. Mason also took the time to explain not just the cosmetic improvements I could expect, but the functional benefits as well (something I hadn’t fully considered before). His pride in his work was clear from the start. Despite the great experience, I held off because I thought I would be switching employers and potentially losing coverage. When I reached back out in the fall of 2024 to revisit Invisalign, the care and professionalism were just as strong. I didn’t have to redo the consultation because they used the records from my original visit and obtained an updated insurance authorization without any effort required from me. Once I chose to move forward, everything was seamless. Their operation is incredibly efficient. I never had to wait upon arrival—every appointment started on time, I was taken back immediately, and I was on my way quickly without ever feeling rushed through the process. The administrative team was consistently polite and thorough in explaining each step and answering all of my follow-up questions. I also want to highlight how supportive they were when my insurance situation became complicated. After I left my employer, a claim was denied before my COBRA coverage took effect. Insurance issues can be a headache, but they handled everything proactively, worked with my insurer, and made sure I was billed correctly. They took the stress off my plate completely. Dr. Mason has been consistently detailed, clear, and straightforward throughout the process. You can tell he genuinely cares about the quality of the outcome and takes pride in achieving the best possible result. I also appreciated seeing him coach his team in real time during some of my visits—always teaching, explaining, and giving them opportunities to learn and refine their skills. It speaks volumes about the culture he’s built. The whole team has been friendly and attentive. Special shoutout to Muntadher, who was always incredibly personable and great at walking me through each step. Now that my treatment is complete, I’m extremely pleased with the results. The outcome reflects the care, expertise, and attention to detail they bring to every appointment. Overall, Polaris Orthodontic Center made the entire experience easy, transparent, and genuinely positive. I highly recommend them!
