I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Mandalaywala! She is incredibly kind, patient, and makes going to the dentist such an easy experience. She explains everything clearly and never makes you feel rushed. The staff is friendly, especially the office manager and the whole office has an amazing vibe. If you’re looking for an amazing dental experience, this is the place to go!

The staff at this dental office, especially the front desk, were excellent. They were welcoming, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Unfortunately, the quality of my dental cleaning was very poor. The hygienist did not clean my entire mouth, the top back side of my teeth were completely untouched during my "cleaning". They appeared disengaged and seemingly half-asleep during the entire cleaning appointment. Additionally, the dentist examined my teeth for no more than about 15 seconds before quickly leaving the room. It felt rushed. I didn’t have an opportunity to ask any questions to the doctor about my dental health or discuss treatments or services I was interested in or needed. I gave two stars because of the positive interactions with the staff, but the actual dental care (the main reason for my visit) was very disappointing.

I just wanna start with wow. They really do go above and beyond compared to every other one of the dozen Dentists I’ve had in my life. Everyone was incredibly friendly and genuinely caring. Dr. Zinney stopped in to introduce himself - even though I wasn’t there To specifically see him. What a nice touch. And then Dr. Khan came on and truly showed a caring and easy-going energy while explaining succinctly and clearly what was going on an the strategy in proceeding. I feel totally safe in their hands - and that… is priceless in a Dentist. Thank you team!

2/24/26: updating review. Well this place has changed. The old staff is gone and now we have another squad. I've spent over $500 in ride share alone for the amount of times I've had to return to this business for them to fix my tooth. My initial visit was December 2025 and I'm still going it's February 2026 and they are STILL working on the same tooth. They won't fix the problem. I was initially diagnosed as needing a new filling. Then the tooth needed a crown. Then the tooth needed crown lengthening. Now they say I need a root canal when the initial issue I presented hasn't been solved. And the resulting "solutions" haven't worked. How the mighty have fallen. ------ The staff is great and the work they do is top shelf. Where do I begin... The initial exam I got a complete diagnostic and I knew how much my investment would be and it never changed. The doctors are amazing. The amount of X-rays they take let's you know they care about the work they do. They keep you informed so you never have to wonder or feel anxious. The staff is very friendly and they all seem to know your name even if you have never been serviced by them. The amenities put you at ease and and make you feel at home: blankets, pillows, headphones, TVs on the ceiling, bottled water. Best dental experience.

I had a terrible experience with this practice. The dentist I saw recommended a crown for a tooth that was giving me no issues. The temporary crown was bonded so tightly that it ultimately needed to be drilled off after a lot of pulling yielded no results. The main issue in the end was that there was so much cement stuck to the permanent crown and the teeth around it that everything remained painful and really sensitive to hold, cold, and touch. I couldn't floss and pieces kept coming loose. I went to another dentist to address these issues and am hoping I don't now have to have a root canal. I did not trust this dentist or practice to repair the dental work they had done so poorly the first time. The assistants, rather than the dentist, did a fair amount of the work, including trying to remove the temporary crown with no success. Two of them tried before they called the dentist. Lastly, the dentist made a comment about my personal appearance related to my line of work which I found really unprofessional and frankly, a bit unkind! The office did call me back when I contacted them to offer feedback, acknowledged my concerns, and offered an apology.
