Update: I wanted to update my original review. After I posted it, Aubrie from the dental office reached out to me directly to discuss my concerns. They took the time to explain what had happened with the billing and payment process, answered my questions, and addressed the misunderstandings and miscommunications by the front desk in a professional and respectful manner. My experience with the dentist and hygienist has always been very positive—they have been kind, skilled, and attentive throughout my visits. My original concerns were specifically about the administrative side of the office. I appreciate that the practice took my feedback seriously and made an effort to communicate with me and resolve the situation. I’m updating my review to reflect both my initial experience and the way the office handled my concerns afterward. Thank you for taking the time to listen and work toward a resolution. —————————————————————————— The dentist was great, and the hygienist was also excellent. Unfortunately, the billing department is a total mess. They overcharge you and bill you without providing any explanation or prior notice. Every time I’ve tried to resolve the issue, I’ve been met with a bad attitude instead of helpful customer service. They will fail contacting your insurance company and then claim you have to pay for what your insurance is not paying and the best they could offer is a three month payment plan. Then they would charge you every time you visited without following the payment plan schedule and claimed that be easier for me instead of for them. The quality of the dental care is excellent, but dealing with the billing department has been extremely frustrating.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Kim at Feather Touch Dental in Atlanta. He did an outstanding job repairing my top front teeth—the results look completely natural and feel great. Both the aesthetics and functionality of my new crowns are truly top-notch. About a year earlier, I had work done by another Atlanta area "cosmetic" dentist that didn’t turn out as promised. Dr. Kim not only corrected those issues but truly restored my smile and confidence. I’m very appreciative of the care and attention to detail I received. If you’re considering dental work, you’re in great hands with Dr. Kim and the team at Feather Touch Dental.

I literally drive 3 hours to come here, and I’d do it every single time without thinking twice. As a matter of fact, I’ve been doing it for years. Dr. Shah and Dr. Kim are honestly the best dentists I’ve ever had. I’ve had cleanings, procedures, and all kinds of work done here, and somehow I’ve never felt pain or even real discomfort. They’re incredibly good at what they do, but they’re also just genuinely kind people who make you feel comfortable the entire time. I have never had to wait in a lobby for hours before being seen, be nervous about pain or discomfort, deal with rude staff or bad communication, or feel like “just another patient”. Honestly, part of me didn’t even want to leave this review because I’m scared y’all are going to book them up so much that I’ll never be able to get an appointment again 😂. But they deserve the recognition. At this point, I don’t care if I move out of state or have to pay out of pocket forever, these will always be my dentists. Once you find people this good, you don’t switch.

By far the best dental experience I have had in my life. Very knowledge staff and everyone made me feel comfortable despite the fact that I always had anxiety when it comes to the dentist. I came to them because my dentist retired and after using them I realized that there are levels and this place is top level.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kim at Feather Touch for more than 5 years and can wholeheartedly recommend the practice. From basic preventative care, to emergency referrals, to crowns and fillings, they have always done an excellent job. I feel like they are the best dental practice in town, and other dentists have even commented on the quality the work that Feather Touch has done for me!
