I love this office! I have been a patient of Dr Neal Shah for many many years. His work is impeccable. His staff, special shout out to Jasmine! and Laura! All are very kind and extremely efficient combined with patience, care and professinalism. The office space is beautiful, the parking is validated If you are urbanized.. just a short distance from the Marta Arts Center station! Professionalism + Access + Comfort all with low anxiety is a win-win!!! ✅💕

I’ve been a patient of the Feather Touch Dentist office at Colony Square dating back to 2007. This is my first ever review. Dr’s Shah and Kim are exceptional in every way one would want their ideal dentist to be. Not only is their knowledge and skill exceptional, but their patient engagement and genuine attentiveness is truly best in class. When I go I have always felt like I was the most important patient of the day…my concerns and issues are always heard and thoroughly explored. Not once have I ever felt rushed or dismissed. But beyond doctors Shah and Kim… the entire staff is equally exceptional and skilled. From dental assistants to the hygienists to the office team for scheduling and billing. Once again… they too have always treated me with best in class skill, professionalism, personal attentiveness and courtesy. Every person on the team exemplifies a culture of patient care and satisfaction. It’s clearly an office wide priority and they always deliver. I’ve never heard anyone excited about a trip to the dentist. But if you want exceptional personal care and attention from every person the moment you first walk in the door…I cannot give a higher recommendation than Feather Touch.

As always, first class in customer service! I called for an appointment and was able to be seen the same day! Dr. Shaw is amazing and addressed my dental pain and fixed my crown bite, he was gentle and quick! The staff was friendly, hands down they are the best dental care in Atlanta!
