I visited Dr. Kansal and his team today for an exam due to some tooth pain. I was feeling nervous and overwhelmed at first, but Dr. Kansal and his wonderful staff made me feel completely comfortable and welcomed. Everyone was so kind, gentle, and patient, taking the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. This has truly been one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had, and I’m excited to start my healthy smile journey with such an amazing team.

Heart of Vinus Dentistry was absolutely amazing! Whitney, who took care of me from the X-rays to cleaning my teeth… was phenomenal. She’s incredibly smart, very educational, and took the time to explain everything in detail. She was gentle, professional, and made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. The atmosphere of the office is a 10 out of 10: beautiful, clean, and relaxing. The ambiance is excellent and really adds to the experience. And did I mention Whitney was amazing? Goodness! I first found this dental practice by doing a standard Google search. Originally wanted dental implants, but I first needed to have a few teeth pulled and that was alright. The problem is that I believed their spiel about getting dentures first. Admittedly, the cost of a full mouth of dental implants is very expensive, so I opted to get dentures in now and get the implants later on. Eventually I decided to go with them. But, now I feel like a fool. This dental practice is a colossal rip-off operation. I paid through the nose for dentures that were ill-fitting, grossly uncomfortable and actually hazardous to my oral health. They said that it's natural for the dentures to feel uncomfortable at first, but in time you'll adjust to them. That's a big red flag, I have come to learn since then you should have to get used to the dentures. They should feel completely comfortable, look natural and not cause any pain. These dentures failed from the very first day. I want to give more specific information about what my complaints are. First, the shape of the dentures themselves didn't conform to my bite at all. I thought I was doing something wrong, that it will get better in time. That never happened. Second, I kept experiencing my tongue getting constantly bitten by the rear teeth on both the right and the left sides of my tongue when I tried to eat anything.

I have been a patient of Heart of Vinings for over a year. From my first encounter with Jasmin, she is the epitome of excellent customer service.
