Updated Review My first visit was over three months ago, and I’m still waiting to be scheduled for a cleaning despite being told it would happen "as soon as possible." On top of that, I’ve been receiving bills even though I paid in full during my visit. The billing process is incredibly confusing and frustrating. When I initially booked, I specifically asked about what services were covered by my insurance. However, during the appointment, they performed a service that my insurance doesn’t cover. While I understand this office has great reviews (which is why I chose them), I didn’t expect to deal with so much miscommunication and paperwork. Previously The dental office is very friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, there are a few drawbacks. For new patients, the initial visit doesn't include a cleaning—you’ll need to schedule a second appointment for that. Unfortunately, scheduling is quite difficult; I still haven’t been able to book my follow-up. Additionally, the wait times were quite long. I waited for the hygienist to take X-rays, then for the dentist to arrive, and finally for the coordinator to help schedule my next visit. My entire appointment ended up taking almost two hours.

I had such a great experience at this dental office! The customer service was exceptional from the moment I walked in. You can genuinely tell that everyone there loves what they do—the entire team was warm, welcoming, and professional. They took the time to thoroughly explain everything I needed done, answering all my questions with patience and clarity. It made me feel confident and well cared for. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a knowledgeable, friendly, and dedicated dental team!

Miranda and Dr.Upton were amazing during my procedure today. I’m new to the practice and I appreciate the time and consideration given to answer all of my questions and to walk me through the procedure. The entire staff at the office has been pleasant and very accommodating. I look forward to returning.

They take a lot of care and explain everything in detail. The quality of the exam was top notch. I also really like that I didn’t feel blindsided by any bills or procedures. We talked through all the options and there was no judgement about what I could and couldn’t afford.

I am a new patient at this practice and they were excellent. Dr. Glisson was wonderful and thorough. The dental hygienist, Cindy, was great and everything was pain-free! I am really impressed with the office staff! Everyone is so kind and nice. 8.18.25: came in today and everyone is so kind!
