I had a really good experience at Austin City Dental. Doctor Hernandez and Alexandra(Z) were both amazing and provided me with amazing direct service. Explained all I needed to know about my mouth care especially my gums. Also, was able to get scheduled pretty fast by the administrative team as I had just taken out my braces. This team is so efficient, office is super clean and staff super knowledgeable. You will not be disappointed. I got referred to this office and wanted to do the same by writing a review that would be beneficial to others.! Amazing team!

Highly recommend this dental office! From the phone staff to the Dr himself, very friendly and super professional. I had scheduled an apt about a month and half ahead and was put on wait list. Staff was great on calling me in case of any cancellations which i loved because not all offices carry through. First intake visit was very thorough and they seem to have top of the line technology. There was hardly any wait time as far as being brought in which i truly appreciated. If you're looking for a trustworthy and professional dental office, this is it!

I left a negative review out of frustration during the pandemic as a result of personal practices put into place that I didn't agree with, which forced an amazing hygienist to leave due to being unvaccinated. I still disagree with such but decided to remove my negative review and add that I had seen Dr. Cook for years with zero complaints as they were the best dental facility I had ever been to. Their staff has always been very friendly, and the dental services were the best in my view. I have been seeing another dentist over the past year or more and will say that I do miss this office along with their superior service standards. I am considering returning to Dr. Cook this year as there is not a better dentist in Austin for myself.

I genuinely enjoy coming to this office for dental checkups. Everyone is so friendly, great at their jobs, and communicative. They are happy to educate when I have questions. I trust them to do only the dental work that needs to be done. (If you've had sketchy experiences in the past, you know what I am talking about)

Office visit was the result of responsible planning. All staff, including temps, gave the impression of a well oiled machine. The problem (a crown that popped off) was diagnosed and remedied by Dr. Hernandez in an efficient and prompt manner - and I was on my way! Safety also played a big part in the process, and Austin City Dental did not disappoint. They took recommended precautions from beginning to end. Thanks to the whole team!!
