a week agoAll-around amazing! The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. Appointments are on time and move quickly; you don't even have a chance to get antsy waiting around. But with plenty of time for any questions. I went in recently as a new patient after a prolonged time not visiting a dentist. They have eased all of my worries and everyone has been positive and encouraging. I look forward to all my future visits! Thank you to this incredible staff.

4 months agoAbsolutely great dental office. I had chipped both of my front teeth pretty badly. They made my experience painless, and it turned out awesome in the end! Nicoleta was able to match the exact color, you can't even tell that they were chipped off! Thank you Dr. Olivares and Nicoleta! I would definitely recommend this office.

2 months agoSuper friendly and knowledgeable staff, hygienists, and dentists! The atmosphere is very modern and inviting. The appointments are quick too. From the time I got out of my car to when I got back in, it was only about 35 minutes for a full cleaning. My comfort is always a priority to them, as I’m usually offered water, a pillow, blanket, sunglasses. I highly recommend if you’re shopping for a new dentist!

a month agoVery kind staff. I have had dental anxiety and some less than optimal experiences in the past and the staff here made sure to check in with me along the way and even had tools such as stress balls and a weighted blanked available if needed. Do be aware that they have no contracts with insurance companies, but they are very good about going over prices and estimates of what insurance will cover before providing care if you ask.

2 months agoI have not been to a dentist in a very long time as I have had awful past experiences with my previous dentist. Zainab and Dr.Shicki were both very pleasant and helpful. They helped ease my anxiety and assured me that they would help me receive the best possible treatment within my budget and schedule. The entire atmosphere was nice and everyone is very friendly! I look forward to future visits and will continue to see Austin Dental!
