Today was my very first appointment with this office, and I must say, the experience was exceptional from beginning to end. Before I even walked through the door, I was impressed by the professionalism, kindness, and communication I received through text messages and email. By the time I arrived, I already felt welcomed and valued. Once inside, every expectation was exceeded. It was a genuinely humbling experience to be in a space where I felt seen, heard, respected, and cared for. Every concern I had was acknowledged and validated with patience, compassion, and professionalism. In today’s world, that level of care is rare, and it did not go unnoticed. This was, without question, one of the best experiences I have ever had in a dental office, and I mean that wholeheartedly. The atmosphere was warm, the staff was gracious, and the quality of care was outstanding. To Dr. Garcia, his brother, the receptionist, and the dental assistant—thank you. Where do I begin? They’ve been an absolutely GODSEND. I’ve struggled the majority of my adult life to consistently afford dental care without insurance. Which, unfortunately led to needing a bit of work done. It had been well over 4 years since seeing a dentist and I was afraid of where to start to look for a new dentist, and I found Dr. Garcia’s office. AND LET ME TELL YOU how amazing everyone has been. From relieving a lot of my anxiety around dental treatment, to reassuring me of the progress yet to be made and going over my treatment plan, to just being extremely hospitable and caring. They are a real gem and it’s hard to find dental offices like this, but I’m so glad I did. If you are anything like me and anything about this post resonates with you - give them a call, you won’t regret it.

Jen was wonderful, patient, helpful and explained steps while investigating and validating my symptoms of minor discomfort, given I was returning after a year since my last teeth cleaning. And Dr. Garcia as always was so welcoming, friendly, reassuring and informative. I actually enjoy my visits to this office and this previous delay was due to travel and recurring colds.

This is a 5-star dental office for sure. First of all, the staff are AMAZING. They are so so kind, and treat all the patients as real people, not just customers. Dr. Garcia was also very kind and attentive. He asked a lot of questions, listened to all of my concerns, and explained the various courses of treatment, causes, and different steps I should take at home. This is a great dental office and I highly recommend it. Also, the exam rooms have a nice little view of the city, so that was a plus.
