4 months agoMy first visits to Dr. Garcia General & Cosmetic Dentistry was pleasant, the following visits were quite disappointing. While most of the clinical staff were friendly and tried their best, the scheduling and execution of procedures were consistently delayed, causing a lot of frustration and wasted time. What's more concerning is the clear push towards high-cost procedures, often feeling like the only options presented, without much discussion of more conservative or affordable alternatives. This high-pressure sales approach made me feel uncomfortable and distrustful. To top it off, interactions with the billing and benefits coordinator were consistently rude and unhelpful. Overall, it's been a very unsatisfactory experience, and I would not recommend this practice if you're looking for transparent care without financial pressure.

2 months agoThis was a terrible experience. The staff were very careless almost like butchers. Once the anesthesia wore off, I was left in pain and sore spots because of how roughly they handled everything. The lady nurse was especially rough in handed. They were chatting about their vacations while I was in the chair. During a filling, they scraped my molar all the way to the nerve and then told me I’d need to see their partner dentist for a root canal that would cost hundreds of dollars. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
