3 months agoEveryone here is wonderful! I’ve been coming since they first opened their doors and never had a bad experience. I don’t even live in the city, but It’s worth coming out of my way to come to this practice. The front staff is very friendly and the hygienists and dentists (especially Regan and Dr Garcia) are exceptionally warm, compassionate, and competent. Love this place!

a week agoThis dental office is great! From the moment you walk in the staff is very pleasant and make you feel comfortable. Dr. Garcia is great and provides you with a dental plan that you can understand. I will continue to go back.

3 months agoSTAY AWAY! I started Invisalign with Dr. G and was told refinements were covered for up to five years under my original plan. That was part of the agreement when I signed and the reason I moved forward. Now I am being told Invisalign changed their policy and I have to pay again. I purchased my plan before any changes, so the original terms should be honored. Changing the terms after I already paid is unacceptable and flat out bad business. A contract does not get rewritten after it is signed, and offering nothing but an apology does not fix it. Dr. G does good work, but this is shady business. The front desk experience made everything worse. Jill, the old woman at the front desk, is unprofessional, rude, and hostile. Simple questions are met with attitude. On one occasion her behavior was bad enough that Dr. G had to step in. She does not belong in a professional setting.

a month agoWhere do I begin? They’ve been an absolutely GODSEND. I’ve struggled the majority of my adult life to consistently afford dental care without insurance. Which, unfortunately led to needing a bit of work done. It had been well over 4 years since seeing a dentist and I was afraid of where to start to look for a new dentist, and I found Dr. Garcia’s office. AND LET ME TELL YOU how amazing everyone has been. From relieving a lot of my anxiety around dental treatment, to reassuring me of the progress yet to be made and going over my treatment plan, to just being extremely hospitable and caring. They are a real gem and it’s hard to find dental offices like this, but I’m so glad I did. If you are anything like me and anything about this post resonates with you - give them a call, you won’t regret it.
