Best dentist in Baltimore! The staff is amazing. Everyone is very welcoming and they go the extra mile to ease any nervousness you might be experiencing. They listen to your concerns. I love this place

Unfortunately, my experience at this dental office was very stressful and disappointing. I felt pressured into extensive dental work (a root canal and crown) without adequate explanation or time to feel confident in the treatment plan. Scheduling was unreliable — appointments were canceled with little notice, including a critical crown appointment that was canceled only after I arrived in person, despite being on the books for weeks. I require pre-medication for dental visits, so this was especially upsetting. Billing lacked transparency, and I was charged for work I do not believe was performed, resulting in hundreds of dollars in unexpected costs. The care itself felt rushed and dismissive. Much of the work was done by a hygienist, and at one point drilling was performed without proper suction, causing me to inhale tooth dust. I have a lung disease, which made this extremely distressing. Three months after receiving my root canal, I am still in significant pain. My concerns were repeatedly brushed off rather than properly addressed. I am now facing the emotional and financial burden of seeking corrective care elsewhere after spending over a thousand dollars. I share this to be honest and to help others make an informed decision. I did not feel listened to or cared for as a patient and would urge caution.

I did a consult there. I needed a lot of work done. The staff openly talked about me in the hallway. I have some sensory issues, asked to touch something before it was applied to my mouth, in the hallway they were laughing and said "it's not playdoh." I was also in a lot of pain. I was called drug seeking. I'm a nurse. I understand the caution but antibiotics still take time to kick in. I found a wonderful dentist, not here. 2 implants, 2 root canals, 2 extractions, a bridge, and conscious sedation 3 times (all out of pocket mind you). All of that with proper pain managmeent. Now that dentist gets my business for all cleaning, exams, whitening, and when I'm ready to begin botox it's offered there as well. I have also referred many friends/colleauge and 2 people switched to her as well. In the year following that apt i spent about 10K out of pocket. I'm glad it went to a supportive practice and not a judgemental one.

I am never disappointed with my care at Hamilton Family Dentistry. Everyone is always friendly and professional. They explain everything to you so you understand what is happening and present you with options for your care. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Wolfson and colleagues for many years. For my recent visit, thank you Constance for a phenomenal job with my cleaning. Dr. Nolan was just as pleasant. I love how they remember you and your treatment plan. I used to live a mile away but now I travel from Pasadena just to ensure that I receive the best care. Won’t go anywhere else.

After three appointments with Hamilton Family Dental Office, and more scheduled, I have found my forever dental office. Such a professional and welcoming staff. And of course Dr. Wolfson is awesome. Just what I need in a dentist.
