Having had extensive dental work by Dr. Giannacopoulos I have nothing but praises for her skill and the practice. Everybody from the front office staff, all the hygienists (thank you Jenna!) as well as the docs, made sure the experience was smooth and efficient. Five stars all around - thank you for everything!
I have been going to Dr. G for 3 years now ever since I’ve moved to Boston, and I’ve had the best experience. She really worked with me to make sure I was happy with the outcomes on all my dental work and has been very flexible with her schedule for me. She always makes sure I leave the office with all my questions answered, no matter how many questions I have. Dr. G and the whole office have been amazing, and I’m so sad I have to leave them because I’ll be moving out of state :(
As others have mentioned, Dr. Page is a price gouger and pushes products with little consideration of patient fit. In my case, I was shopping for a dentist to fit a mandibular advancement device (sleep apnea device). Dr. Page quoted 1420% (not a typo) of the average rate in my area based on analysis by BCBS of MA, and 500% of the same brand/product from another local dentist. He then proceeded to recommend other cosmetic procedures before examining my teeth.
Dr.Mizner and his staff are simply incredible. It’s not often that you have a remarkable experience with concierge, hygienist, and dentist on every visit. The staff at Commonwealth Dental Group use the latest in technologies! I had my crown made in office same day. The staff is friendly and comforting and make you truly feel you are in excellent hands! Highly recommend!
This clinic talks a good game on the first visit - where they seem thorough and attentive. But have found visits after the first to be pretty underwhelming. Dentists barely check the mouth and sometimes don’t show up at all.
