I have been a patient at Newbury Dental for many years and thoroughly appreciate the fact that they remember my name every time I come in. Estella is amazing. Jessica, my hygienist, is a thoughtful and skilled professional and always so positive. She makes my cleaning such a pleasant experience. Dr. Millen is brilliant and changed my life with the work he did. I always feel well taken care of when I am there.
I’m fortunate to be a patient of Dr Jonathan Millen’s, his colleagues and his staff. The care is fabulous all around. His warmth, professional excellence, honesty, and efficiency is why he remains my dentist for 3 decades. When I have an urgent need for care, every effort is made to fit me in.
The practice is located on Newbury Street which often makes parking challenging. I’m willing to deal with it given how happy I am with the practice.
I saw Dr. Monin for check up then filling; great experience. Fast, comprehensive and almost painless. Dental assistant Enkela is also awesome. I did my cleaning with hygienist (cannot remember his name, but he also happens to be a dental student at Tufts) who is also wonderful and answered my many many questions, he’s clearly passionate about his job and will make a great dentist.

Dr. Millen has been my dentist for 20+ years. Even though I no longer live or work in the city, I continue to rely on him for outstanding dentistry. He's gotten me out of some serious jams over the years, such as seeing me first thing in the morning on no notice and then calling around to find a same-day root canal appointment the day before I was headed to the Caribbean. Dr. Millen's work is second to none. Most of his staff have been there for as long as I've been going, which says quite a bit about both the practice and Dr. Millen as a person.
Victoria was personable and exquisitely precise in my cleaning on 10/13/23. She listened with interest to my concerns and made provision for them, and answered my questions. She is one of my top dental hygienists of all time!
