a month agoI can't recommend this dental practice highly enough! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff is incredibly friendly, the office is spotless and modern, and Dr. Patel takes the time to explain everything clearly and helps facilitate the visit for efficiency. They truly care about their patients' comfort and long-term dental health. Everyone wanted to make sure I felt welcomed and they were very accommodating with my busy schedule. I've never felt so at ease during a dental visit—top-notch service all around! I look forward to continuing my care at this practice.

3 weeks agoI had a tooth pulled. Awful.!!! My mouth wasn't numb, but it kept pulling. The tooth is out, with stitches, and now my whole jaw hurts. I called last night and this morning, and now it is 1:30 PM with no callback. I'm in pain, and what I got from the front desk is Dr. Wallace was with other patients and that she would call when she could. I could go to their dental emergency department and spend another $300, but why should I do this when I have a doctor who treated me? I guess because I didn't spend a hell of a lot of money to save the tooth, they couldn't give a shit about me being in pain. Everyone there is sweet and helpful until you go out that door. Because of not getting aftercare, it makes you feel like I have your money, and now you're gone, and you don't care about me now!
