This was my first time coming to this office as a new patient. Dr. Patel was amazing he is a great dentist, with great bed side manners and was very easy to talk to and work with. I have a fear of going to the dentist but him and the staff here made me feel really comfortable. They did an amazing job and provided a great and friendly experience. They also had a lot of advance features that made the entire dental work up a breeze and they went really in depth with the information they provided at time of service which I loved. All of the staff were super helpful and very friendly. Price wise, there isn’t really anything I can complain about. Going to the dentist or eye doctor can get expensive especially if you haven’t been in a while which was the case for me but even after everything was said and done and after insurance I was really satisfied with what I paid and the service and care I received. This is a great office and team!

I can’t say enough amazing things about Dr. Patel and Julie. From the moment I arrived, they truly listened to me and treated me with so much compassion and patience. I was very scared going in, and they never once dismissed my fears—instead, they took the time to explain everything, check in with me often, and make sure I felt comfortable the entire visit. This visit completely changed how I feel about going to the dentist!!

My experience at Carolina Complete Dentistry has been amazing. I’m terrified of going to the dentist, but Dr Patel and the staff has made my experience calming and pleasant. Dr Patel explained everything to me clearly so that I had no questions about the work that I needed done. I must say it was a “painless” visit! 😌

I just moved here to NC from Ohio, and my Family member referred me to the office, I was 8 months behind on my 6 month cleaning and had to stay at appt longer then expected, but my experience there was amazing and the staff are nice and welcoming, and I came out feeling with my teeth looking AMAZING. I will see y'all in 6 months!.

I should have read the reviews first. What a beautiful office. Trust me you're going to pay for it. Please go over all billing before you sign for anything. I certainly was not aware that this Dental visit would have costed me after insurance almost $1,200. I'm on a lifetime payment plan which I'm trying to end. Not to mention that the original crown that was installed fell out and Dr Patel charged me partially for replacement. I've already paid a majority of the bill and to find out there are additional charges I was unaware of. Please if you have another Dental option, use it! This is your only warning.
