I should have read the reviews first. What a beautiful office. Trust me you're going to pay for it. Please go over all billing before you sign for anything. I certainly was not aware that this Dental visit would have costed me after insurance almost $1,200. I'm on a lifetime payment plan which I'm trying to end. Not to mention that the original crown that was installed fell out and Dr Patel charged me partially for replacement. I've already paid a majority of the bill and to find out there are additional charges I was unaware of. Please if you have another Dental option, use it! This is your only warning.

My experience at Carolina Complete Dentistry was phenomenal! I came all the way from two(2)states away . Dr. Wallace and staff all were very friendly, professional, and detailed informative. Dr. Wallace's highly trained staff and State of the Art Dentistry equipment made my visit streamlined and efficient , saving time. They really have your dental care interest at heart and it shows. I highly recommended Carolina Complete Dentistry for your dental care. I dare to go visit and see for yourself how great your experience would be.

I recommend contacting your insurance before your appointment. I had some work done recently and before my appointment I explicitly stated I did not want to do any work at the moment if it was not covered by insurance. I was told by the front desk that they ran my insurance and I would not owe anything. 2 weeks after my appointment I had a bill of $400. They stated they meant I wouldn’t owe anything “at time of service” & what they told me “was an estimate.” I understand the amount owed was a copay but when they told me I would not owe anything I was under the impression this was FULLY covered by insurance. However, I have had a great experience with Dr Wallace & the dental hygienists but I am considering switching dentists due to being mislead about the billing.

I late with this review but I had to come and say that this is the best dentist office I have been to. The staff is friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Teyuana explained the financing options and answered all my questions and was nice throughout the whole visit. Bella and Dr. Wallace was wonderful and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I just left from my third visit and the staff is always nice. I use to dislike going to the dentist but now I actually look forward to my dentist appointments. I highly recommend this place AND they give you an insulated cup along with the complimentary usual toothpaste, toothbrush, and floss.

Carolina Complete Dentistry is the absolute best in their profession. Dr Patel and Dr Wallace are both amazing! Very professional and caring dentists.
