I have been coming to this office for many years now. The service and staff is amazing. From my very first visit I was in awe how friendly and attentive the staff was like I never had before. I switched dentist for my whole family to come here and I always recommend this office. I recommend that if you are looking for a dentist that care this is definitely the place to go.

They truly took the time to ensure I understood everything and felt comfortable. The dentist is incredibly skilled and passionate about her work—you can really sense her enthusiasm for helping everyone achieve a smile they can be proud of! Latoya is so sweet and polite when greeting patients as they walk in and making sure that they are comfortable and have everything needed before being seen. Aliyah is very informative and keeps you in the loop of every step during the appointment. She is knowledgeable, polite, and gentle. I would highly recommend booking an appointment with Piedmont If you are in need of a dentist.

For my first visit, I was very impressed. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and my dental hygienist was thorough, from the x-ray imaging to cleaning my teeth. Dr. Williams was also friendly and professional. She took the time to get to know me as a new patient and addressed all of my dental questions/concerns.

My experience here has been PHENOMENAL from the moment Latoya called me to book my appointment to getting a VERY warm welcome from her when I walked through the front door. To Ayliah doing an AMAZING job on my exam. And Dr.Williams taking a moment in between patients to come and greet and welcome me, before my appointment with her. I HATE coming to the dentist, but these ladies made me feel so welcome and relaxed, I had no time to worry about being nervous or scared. They gave me a GREAT treatment plan at a cost I can afford and I think they may change how I feel about coming to the Dentist, because I’m very excited to come and see them next week!
