I had a good (but not great) experience. The hygienist, Kat, was enthusiastic, friendly, and did a great job. The dentist was equally great. Unfortunately the front desk didn’t ask for my insurance even though I marked that it had changed. When I got to checkout they informed me that they don’t accept my new insurance. Luckily they adjusted the price a bit. Still, had they asked for my insurance at check in, we wouldn’t have been in that situation.

My Initial visit was excellent. the reception staff were pleasant and had good customer service skills. The dental assistant team was very efficient in taking the Xray's with results that were displayed almost immediately, while my dentist was engaging and thorough in explaining the Xray's and giving his recommendations on how to proceed.

Yesterday was the first time I’ve ever left a dentist’s office completely pain-free and with all of my questions fully answered. My experience at East Village Dental was outstanding from start to finish! The front desk staff was welcoming, the doctor took the time to thoroughly address my concerns and guide me toward the best treatment options, and the assistant provided a gentle, painless cleaning. For anyone who feels anxious about dental visits or has had negative experiences in the past, I highly recommend giving this place a try.
