I found East Village Dental Centre during a dental emergency after a crown came off following a root canal that had needed attention for some time. I was in a lot of pain, and they were able to get me in immediately and take care of the issue the very next day. The dentist I saw was warm, kind, and thorough. He clearly explained my options and costs and gave me the choice between a temporary fix or fully addressing the inflammation and damage underneath. I chose to move forward with the full treatment, and they were able to do everything right away. They accepted CareCredit, which made an unexpected expense much easier to manage. The office has same-day crown printing, so the new crown was made and placed during the same visit. While the procedure was uncomfortable due to pre-existing inflammation, the dentist and assistant were very attentive and responsive to pain. The difference afterward was immediate. The new crown fit much better, corrected my bite, reduced jaw tension, and felt significantly higher quality than my old one. After that experience, I continued seeing them for regular dental care. They later recommended Invisalign, which I completed in about six months with excellent results. Over time, they’ve consistently provided thoughtful, high-quality care. The team is efficient, kind, and communicative, and recommendations are made without pressure. I’ve been very happy with the durability and results of their work and would confidently recommend them.

I called to book a cleaning as a first-time patient and was able to be seen the very next day! Everything was a smooth process, and there is a big TV screen in front of the patient chair for immediate x-ray observation. Love that.

What truly sets Mr Brandi apart from others is the support after my appointment. When I went home and experienced significant pain, he was available 24/7, along with his staff, to make sure I was okay. He even sent additional medication when I needed it without hesitation. The level of care, compassion, and follow-through I received was beyond anything I’ve experienced before. I felt genuinely supported every step of the way. The front desk staff was welcoming, the doctor took the time to thoroughly address my concerns and guide me toward the best treatment options, and the assistant provided a gentle, painless cleaning. For anyone who feels anxious about dental visits or has had negative experiences in the past, I highly recommend giving this place a try.

I went there for a quick check, because my tooth was aching. Paid at the end of the service. Months later, got an email from them said I have balance passed due. I called them tell them I have receipt of the payment I made on that day of service. They said they would double check and get back to me but never did. Then proceed to send this bill to a collection company. Why am I being charged twice? The billing team is absolutely the worst. Couldn’t even check you made a mistake or not? Especially I showed you the receipt I paid you still send it to a collection company?
