I can honestly say this dentist is a 10 out of 10. From the moment I walked in, the care and professionalism were outstanding. What truly sets Mr Brandi apart from others is the support after my appointment. When I went home and experienced significant pain, he was available 24/7, along with his staff, to make sure I was okay. He even sent additional medication when I needed it without hesitation. The level of care, compassion, and follow-through I received was beyond anything I’ve experienced before. I felt genuinely supported every step of the way. I’ve been going to East Village for years. The staff is professional, yet friendly. Where do I begin with the technology? They are the most advanced facility I’ve visited. My crown was custom made in the office an hour later. This place is truly a one stop shop. Not to mention, they don’t over recommend treatment. I was shown areas I can improve and what needed treatment. They even went over my options with me!

If you’re looking for dental care, save yourself the challenge and just book an appointment at East Village. Yes, check your insurance network first, but be advised that not many clinics are as great and fully equipped as East Village. I know, I know. Totally unfair that dental care isn’t considered primary medical care and that insurance dictates where you get dental care, but let me stop. I know this Google review isn’t the place for this, but I digress. The team includes seasoned and compassionate professionals that take the time to explain treatment plans, costs, and get you comfortable so you’re ready for the work to get done. Shoutout to Dr. Brant - he’s stellar, instills confidence in the treatment process (cuz it can be scary), and honestly just meets you where you’re at! As a plus to coming here, you’ll be able to see a framed before and after headshot of our fellow Boricua and former Congressman Luis Gutierrez’ stunning smile. Weeepa!!

I had to come in for an emergency dental visit, and I am so grateful I was treated by Dr. Treinkman. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff was professional, kind, and Juana the Dental Assistant was reassuring during a very stressful situation. (Her x-ray skills are amazing btw) Dr. Treinkman was calm, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly before starting treatment. He made sure I was comfortable the entire time and handled the issue efficiently and with great skill. His bedside manner is exceptional, and you can truly tell he cares about his patients. If you ever need an emergency dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Treinkman. Outstanding care, professionalism, and compassion—5 stars all the way.

Didn’t have to wait long at all for an appointment. We didn’t have to wait long to be called in for the appointment. Everyone was very nice and pleasant. The cleaning was stress free and the work we had done looks great!! Dr. Treinkman was wonderful! Very easy to talk to and did an amazing job!
