I had a good (but not great) experience. The hygienist, Kat, was enthusiastic, friendly, and did a great job. The dentist was equally great. Unfortunately the front desk didn’t ask for my insurance even though I marked that it had changed. When I got to checkout they informed me that they don’t accept my new insurance. Luckily they adjusted the price a bit. Still, had they asked for my insurance at check in, we wouldn’t have been in that situation.

Appointments start on time, billing is straightforward, and my teeth have never felt better. I recently had a root canal with a cap at East Village Dental, and the experience was excellent. The office is very professional, and they use state-of-the-art equipment that made me feel confident I was in good hands. Dr. Trekman is highly skilled and precise—he doesn’t do a lot of extra talking, but his work speaks for itself. I had some tenderness after the procedure, but by the next day I was able to eat a full meal, even chewing on the side where the root canal was done. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the care I received and would definitely recommend East Village Dental to anyone looking for high-quality dental work.
