This is hands down the best dental office I have been to. The doctors and assistants have great patience and true care for what they’re doing. I would recommend this to anyone but specially people with anxiety. I have severe anxiety both doctors and assistants took time to make sure I was okay and comfortable. I had my wisdom teeth extracted with ZERO issues. No pain, no anxiety. Highly recommended.

Every experience I have at East dental Village dental is amazing. That may sound Strange for a dental office, the staff is wonderful. My dentist is amazingand I look forward to getting my teeth cleaned every three months. Keep up the good work. You guys are amazing.

I’ve been receiving services with East Village Dental for 6+ years. At first I was impressed with their services however in the last 2 years or so services have been on decline. The front desk staff is a hit or miss. Some are friendly others approach you with just a “Sign in and have a seat.” I usually see Pragna (dental hygienist). She is professional and friendly, I book my cleanings with her. Dr. T is okay, he is usually in and out with 1 min of the visit. Some dental assistants go the extra mile, in my recent visit after the hygienist was finished, the dental assistant completed the last part (polishing). She sped through the last part, barely touching or going over my teeth, her approach felt cold and disconnected to “patient bedside manner” I work in the medical field, I came to my appointment directly after work. It would be nice to be met with a smile and welcoming attitude even if it’s a 5pm appointment.

A good dental hygienist is key to your overall dental health and gum comfort. Pragna is the best. She asks questions about your dental health and really listens to your concerns and issues surrounding your gums and teeth. She is also very gentle and makes the experience painless which is great for those of us with gum issues. Professional, knowledgeable and very nice - highly recommend you visit her. You won't regret it.
