As a patient for over 23 years, I have enjoyed consistently excellent service from day one. I only ever want nice people poking around in my mouth. Dr. Signini & the OCD staff work hard to keep me smiling and looking my best. They are always personable and very professional.

I used to have severe dental anxiety before discovering Oak Creek Dental but the amount of care and patience they have shown me has greatly improved my anxiety. I don’t avoid getting my cleans done and if I do need work beyond a cleaning they provide free laughing gas and comfort me through the entire process. Nicole specifically has been wonderful but their entire staff is super friendly and accommodating. Love that they are also affordable and accept many forms of payment to fit every need. Can’t recommend them enough!!

The entire staff is always kind, welcoming, and professional, which makes every visit a positive experience. Dr. Duffy is extremely thorough and takes the time to explain everything clearly. I always feel confident in his advice and know that he’s doing what’s best for me. It’s reassuring to have a dentist who combines both expertise and genuine care for his patients. Dr.Segnini is one of the best!!!! Like all the comments mention. My whole life I've gone to dentists and it felt so sterile and not organic. Dr. Segini changes that and flips if over on its head. I havent seen a dentist in 5 years or more. I felt extremely shamed and embarrassed about my teeth personally and barely eanted to go to any dentist. Oak Creek will respect you and treat you with care. They have some of the most cutting edge tech I've seen ever! When Dr. Segnini talked about lasering my gums(im still blown away this is a option but was so hyped) and fixing a tooth i thought was impossible to fix. I KNEW THIS MAN WAS THE TRUTH! Dr. Signini is the artisan of artisans. The way he can describe your issues and build a realistic approach for care is astounding. He makrs dentistry seem like art and is very caring. I will recommend everyonr to this facility. Its by far the best I've seen in ohio and will forever be, if you ask me. And all the staff is amazing. Idc what insurance you have, this place is your answer. Trust me, even if its out of pocket. Just give them a try and you'll see. I wouldn't trust any other dentist with my teeth now that I've met dr.Signini and his wonderful staff. And if youre reading this. I was like you, and then I made an appointment and it changed my life. UPDATE 10/8/25 : Dr. Segnini has changed my life! And he cares about my health. I can't recommend a more top notch dentist and specialist in this field. Dr. Segnini assembles the best teams when it comes to your overall mouth healthcare. I will say....When you see the results. YOU HAVE TO PUT IN THE WORK. Don't spend hundreds, or thousands! If you're not ready to do the literal homework. I had a amazing smile and great teeth but neglected them and I saw the consequences. Dr. Segnini brought my smile back to life! We have more work to do but its been a amazing experience working with them! I wish you all my best! And please give Oak Creek a chance! When I initially called I felt a sense of care that I was in good care. Everyone was very welcoming when I walked in the different ones that took care of me were very warm and caring they gave me information about my situation that educated me and brought my awareness up.
