I had the best dental experience today for one of my crown replacement. Dr. Andrew Nash is the best dentist that I ever had. He is a very skilled dentist, paid attention to details and is very careful at each step. He took pictures during the whole process and then showed me where the cavities were and the finished, built-up tooth for a new crown. His assistant, Madison is very skilled assistant as well. She made the temporary crown in the first try without much effort. The whole experience is very pleasant that I recommend everyone to this dental office. I started to come to this office about two years ago. I had about 5 dental cleanings. The dental hygienist, Moriah is also a supper good hygienist. She always does a thorough jobs. The office team ladies that I talked to often are Kristen and Lauren, they are very knowledgeable and pleasant. I always had good time talking to any of them. The whole office people give you a genuine welcome vibe. I love this dental office!

I haven’t been to the dentist in 12 years, so I had reservations about going in. Dr. Nash blew me away. He was incredibly kind and knowledgeable and made it abundantly clear through the entire experience that my comfort was most important to him. The hygienist was amazing as well, very kind and personable! And reception was lovely. I cannot recommend this dentist office enough, they genuinely care about the people they service.

All the staff went out of their way to help me with my 92 year old dad. They helped me get him out of the car, they brought a wheel chair. Then Michelle, the hygienist, did all her work with my dad in the wheelchair so we would not have to transport him to the dentist chair. This had to have been very hard on her back, but she joyfully worked on my dad. Thank you for a great visit

I have always had a complex relationship with going to the dentist but after being a patient at The Gentle Dentist for several years I can confidently say they have changed my mindset when it comes to going to the dentist. I have had Dr. Dexter for a little while now and she is so friendly, knowledgable, considerate and compassionate. The admin and front desk staff are always so kind and understanding as well. If you have anxiety about going to the dentist please consider checking out The Gentle Dentist in Worthington-- from one anxious girl to another anxious person, it was worth it!

I have been attending the Gentle Dentist office for 7 years. I loved it. However, my last appointment led me to leave the office. About 2 years ago, I was told by one of the dentists I had fillings on the left and right that needed filled. I delayed scheduling for personal reasons and at my next cleaning explained I was aware of the fillings and would schedule today. The dentist at this visit was different from the last, looked at my teeth and explained I only needed the left side filled, that the right was fine! I said great, good thing I waited!. I got the fillings done and attending my next 6 month cleaning in early 2025. That dentist stated that my right side was perfectly fine, and was no longer a spot that needed to be monitored. I thought great! Get to my fall cleaning for this year and it is the dentist from the 1.5 years ago who said I needed all the fillings originally. The assistant explains that this dentist wants an x ray of the right side to which I say " At my last cleaning they said this was no longer a spot that needed monitoring." She replied that the x ray will be free of charge to me since the dentist really wants it done. I agree (reluctantly). Dentist says I need 3 fillings on the right. I find this shocking since I had been cleared by 2 other dentists in the same office. Then I get to check out. Where they inform me they are dropping delta dental as in network. I asked why. She told me all the offices in the area have, that they are one of the last to do so, and that I would be challenged to find a place around here that takes delta in network still. I found this shocking as Delta is one of the most common dental insurances and some of the major Columbus area employers use Delta. I left the office, switched dentists immediately.
