I have been going here for almost a decade. One of the only times I go downtown anymore, but that is another element that makes it so fun. Parking and traffic are always no problem. The view is amazing and the staff is top notch. Dr. Allen and her team are skilled, kind and bubbly. And Dr. Allen served in the armed forces as a dentist so it is a wonderful feeling to support our troops as an added bonus.

A great team and fabulous results! Dr Allen is a superb dentist and an has the skills of an artist. It was a wonderful experience and I could not be happier with the outcome. 5 ⭐️’s!

I wouldn’t go to anyone except Dr Allen. Her treatment plans are spot on. She tells you what to anticipate before performing all steps—eg: pain/pressure, etc.— which in my experience isn’t necessary because she is so gentle! Her entire staff is wonderful: personable, attentive and very thorough. She and her staff are simply the best!

I originally became a patient because I wanted cosmetic work, and at the first appointment Dr. Allen listened to my concerns and recommended that I take another path. Her recommendation was 10x *cheaper*. It was refreshing to feel like I was getting a true consult vs led to what would be the biggest profit for a dental office. Since then I’ve had my first root canal from Dr. Morin Sadrkhani. I had heard horror stories about the procedure, but he was so gentle and efficient it felt easier than any cavity I’ve gotten filled! I also have had gum grafts with Dr. Mark Margolin and the same thing - way easier than expected! The procedure is a few hours long and I almost fell asleep! Which is not normal for me. I have a lot of dental anxiety and was so scared that I had my consult in October and finally booked an appointment in May. Every experience with this dental office is fantastic. And 100% worth the trip to downtown Dallas.

Had the best dentist visit I’ve ever had at Dallas Dental Arts! Which means a lot after experiencing dental care elsewhere in Texas that led to me having a panic attack and anxiety about trips to the dentist. A friend recommended I visit them after explaining my previous dental anxiety, and I’m really glad they were able to see me. Dr. Sheena Allen was so kind and really addressed all my concerns, and even geeked out with me about teeth (which I find fascinating). All of the staff were kind and professional and the office was incredibly clean (and had a great view!). I was even able to get an orthodontist referral and talk about a basic game plan for my teeth with Dr. Allen. I also really appreciate how transparent they are about their prices, and how helpful they were in mentioning a payment option that would help make visits more affordable since I don’t have dental insurance. I will absolutely be recommending this office to everyone I know in the DFW and NE Texas area!
