2 months agoFriendly, skilled and thoughtful. Dr. Allen is always helpful. The hygienists are terrific: always telling me what they are about to do so I'm forewarned, which I really appreciate, and they have always been very thorough. The front office staff (receptionists and accounting) are helpful, too. Although I live only two blocks away, so I always walk to my appointments, they also offer parking validation. I'd highly recommend Dallas Dental Arts.

11 months agoHad the best dentist visit I’ve ever had at Dallas Dental Arts! Which means a lot after experiencing dental care elsewhere in Texas that led to me having a panic attack and anxiety about trips to the dentist. A friend recommended I visit them after explaining my previous dental anxiety, and I’m really glad they were able to see me. Dr. Sheena Allen was so kind and really addressed all my concerns, and even geeked out with me about teeth (which I find fascinating). All of the staff were kind and professional and the office was incredibly clean (and had a great view!). I was even able to get an orthodontist referral and talk about a basic game plan for my teeth with Dr. Allen. I also really appreciate how transparent they are about their prices, and how helpful they were in mentioning a payment option that would help make visits more affordable since I don’t have dental insurance. I will absolutely be recommending this office to everyone I know in the DFW and NE Texas area!

2 months agoExcellent, exact, & thoughtful Dr. Allen and her team are the best dentist team I’ve been too. Going on 17 years at the same practice is a testament. Post my old dentist retiring I wasn’t sure I would stay with the practice. Here I am 7-8 years after Dr.Allen took over!

a month agoWhat can I say? Gentle, thorough, and likeable hygienists, and Dr. Allen's work is excellent; obviously dental health is priority one, but her work looks great, always better than the original and leaving you confident in your smile

5 months agoAmazing staff and amazing dentist (hip hip hooray for Dr. Sheena!) The dental techs are all very gentle but very thorough! Zero pain if you’re concerned about that. Fantastic experience across the board from booking the appointment to the service to walking out the door. I love Dallas Dental Arts!
