Dr. Minnie and all the staff were incredible! I did have to wait 30-45 min for my 10 am appointment on a Saturday, but once I was in they were super efficient. Everyone was so kind and knowledgeable. I went in for a standard cleaning + x-rays and ended up having two cavities, which Dr. Minnie took care of right away in record time. I’m happy to have found my new go-to dentist office in Dallas!

They scheduled an appointment for my daughter with a pediatric specialist on a Wednesday morning at 9:30. I took off work and took my daughter out of school just to find that they were closed when we showed up. When I finally got someone on the phone, I found out they rescheduled her appointment for 2 weeks later without ever notifying me. They said a manager would call me. Hours later I got a call from the woman that works with the pediatric specialist(not a manager). She apologized and said they should have offered another location(they did not) so she could be seen same day. My kids were out of school Friday so I scheduled for another location 45 minutes from my house first thing that morning. We got up at 6am on their day out to get to the appointment. I tried calling 3 times on my way there and not one answered. When we finally made it we were left sitting in the lobby for 35 minutes and eventually just walked out. A manager finally called later that day and apologized and said that he’d send me a gift card. He never sent anything. These appointments were a huge waste of time and energy.

Switched to midtown family dentistry after having a bad experience with my child's old dentist. Firstly the staff is helpful, responsive, and friendly. Our appointment was at eleven and we were out by eleven thirty nine. They are very kind and gentle with my son. Kindly explaining steps they were taking each time. Afterwards they gifted us a cane's certificate for a free kids meal along with chuck e. Cheese tokens. We will definitely be coming here from now on. As a mother I highly recommend taking your children here. Thank you for the great experience! Update: 6 months later and my son is still a fan of midtown family dental. He still feels at ease and comfortable here. I continue to recommend it.
