I have a really bad dentist phobia, and I feel very comfortable with the staff here 😁 everybody is so wonderful and caring! They go above and beyond to make you feel at home.. Karla is the hygienist. She is awesome! I really recommend Oak Heights Dental! It's a great place with awesome staff 😁😁😁

I recently visited OakHeights Family Dental & Orthodontics and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and professional staff. Everyone at the facility was incredibly nice and made me feel welcomed and comfortable throughout my visit. One of the things that stood out to me was how clean and well-maintained the facility was. It was evident that the team at OakHeights takes pride in providing a clean and inviting environment for their patients. The customer service at OakHeights Family Dental & Orthodontics was exceptional. The staff members were attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a positive experience. They were quick to address any concerns I had and made sure that all my questions were answered. I would like to give a special mention to my dental assistant, Nancy. Nancy was not only professional and skilled at her job, but she also had a warm and caring demeanor that immediately put me at ease. She was attentive to my needs and provided me with excellent care throughout my visit. Overall, my experience at OakHeights Family Dental & Orthodontics was outstanding. I highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of dental care. My friend recommended me this place, as soon as I walked in, I was greeted. Did not take long for me to get seated. Madeline was very helpful. Very engaging, made me feel welcome and accepted, as well as the doctor, which was very informative. They showed me a price breakdown, which wasn’t too bad and they accepted my insurance that I got from marketplace.

By far the best dental practice I've ever experienced! Very competent and empathetic physicians and staff. Tough team that holds firm and still walks with their patients through tough times delivering best in class results. Highly recommended!

I showed up to an appointment this morning that never happened. Please communicate with your patients when the facility is going to be closed. Honestly, it would have been nice to know that my appt was canceled due to an emergency at the facility. Mind you, there were no cars or any signs that someone was there previously. I would have understood about the emergency, but to have a new patient show up to a locked facility is just not right. Matter of fact, please do not get mad at the patient about not wanting to reschedule. Represent the company right by apologizing and leave it alone. Again, please let your patients know when there is a change in schedule. If not, you will lose business just like you lost mine. Edit: A very professional manager reached out to me and took the time to hear my concerns. That in it self makes me as the customer feel wanted and special. I therefore give this place three (3) stars.
