I never thought I’d say I look forward to going to the dentist, but here we are! The staff—from the front desk, to the hygienists, to all 3 dentists—Dr. Rachel, Dr. Mac and Dr. Hall—are all wonderful. They’re kind, funny, engaging, well informed, and most of all make you feel like family. One of the things that really stands out to me about the dentists at this practice is their depth and breadth of knowledge: Colorado requires dentists to complete 30 hours of continuing education every 2 years for dentists to renew their licenses. Dr. Mac, Dr. Rachel, and Dr. Hall all complete several *hundreds* of hours of continuing education each *year.* This shows their commitment to their patients, their profession and the overall service they provide. I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about this practice and the entire team who runs it successfully.

I’ve been going to Espire dental for nearly 6 years now and they’ve been wonderful! Both locations have been great, but this one in particular is something else. The friendliest staff, amazing techs, and great doctors. They’re transparent with treatment recommendations and never push something cosmetic on you which has been a fault of other dentist office I’ve visited. Highly recommend!!!

I feel very taken advantage of. I came in for a cleaning last week & they insisted on a new patient exam, although I had been here 4 years earlier prior to Covid. I did not have my correct insurance card on me and was told it would be $700 out of pocket. I left found my correct insurance card & rescheduled. I called ahead to check the out of pocket copay & was told it would be $190 due the exam and cleaning. Today after the new patient exam they told me I have no cavities, no gingivitis, but that there was some plaque they needed to clean. They then presented me with a 4-phase treatment plan that would amount in over $1k out of pocket. I asked for a typical cleaning that would be covered by my insurance & they refused! The out of pocket cost for the 1st of the 4 phase cleaning alone was going to be over $500 out of pocket. I have dental insurance that covers 100% for a cleaning! I had to pay $100 for the new patient exam, and they refused to clean my teeth…needless to say I will not be going back here.

The only reason I'm giving this any stars is because the Dentists who actually have a degree are very good. The Front desk staff members are by far some of the worst communicators you'll ever come across.. I've waited for weeks now and left several message to pay an outstanding invoice. Not only do they not get back to you, their updated invoice was incorrect.. I have no idea who green lit some of these "dental assistants" or whatever you want to call it. Someone needs to clean house and find some competent front desk individuals...

I cannot say enough good things about Espire Dental - Riverfront. I have had several misfortunes with my teeth/mouth the last two years and have MAJOR dental anxiety. But they have been the absolute best! I didn't have an established dentist out in CO yet, and I am SO glad I came to Espire Riverfront! Since coming to Espire, I have had routine dental cleanings, a dental deprogrammer to aid in bite/jaw adjustment, and temporary veneers completed. I will get my permanent veneers (and a crown on my back molar) in September 2024 and 100% trust they will look AMAZING! Dr. Hall has been so incredible and Dr. Mac is amazing as well. Everyone from the hygienists, to the front desk employees are friendly, kind, and accommodating. Not to mention, it is the trendiest dental office I have ever been to. If you are needing the best dental care - look no further! They are the best and I would recommend them to anyone!
