I just went for the first time and was very impressed. My sister-in-law goes here and gave me the recommendation. The office is very clean and modern with state of the art equipment. The hygienist (Lindsay) was very friendly, experienced and efficient. The cleaning provided by Vero was far superior to my previous experience at another corporate chain dental office i used to attend.

I had trouble finding a great dentist and am so happy that I found Vero Dental. The staff are kind, professional and I don't ever feel like they're trying to sell me on extra services. They are genuine and are not trying to squeeze cash out of you, like I'd experienced feeling with some dentists in the past. I had a couple cavities and process of getting them filled was quick and comfortable. Highly recommend!

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this dental office. I went in to have two cavities filled, but the fillings either fell out or were not properly placed because I have been unable to chew on that side of my mouth since the procedure. The pain has persisted for months—I had the fillings done in September, and to this day, biting down on that side causes sharp, unbearable pain. When I reached out to inform them of the issue, they told me to come back in to have it corrected. However, I already feel anxious about dental visits, so I was hesitant to return. Instead of understanding my concerns, the dentist left me an unprofessional and dismissive voicemail, insisting that this had "never happened before." I paid $400 for fillings that did not hold, and the office refused to issue a refund. Now, I have no choice but to go elsewhere and spend even more money to fix the problem. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing—if I could go back, I would have never chosen this office for my dental care. I strongly recommend avoiding this practice at all costs.

Great experience at this dental office! It was my first time and I hadn’t been to the dentist in a long while. There was no judgment and the staff were very friendly, understanding and accommodating. They really cater to making people feel comfortable at the dentist instead of anxious. I highly recommend!

Best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist. The hygienists and front desk staff are so personable and Dr. J is lovely. I always leave feeling informed about the health of my teeth.
