a month agoI’ve been going to Wynkoop Dentistry for 10+ years and been cared for by almost every doctor and assistant. They have always taken great care of me and my needs whether it’s a cleaning, a cavity, a crown etc. The offices are modern, clean, with all the cool new dentistry tech and they always have great music playing ;) The practice is all also all female which is awesome! Definitely give them a visit.

a month agoNothing but great experiences with Wynkoop Dentistry. Their office has all the latest technology for x-rays and preventative care. Everyone including the dentists, hygienists, and office staff have been a pleasure to interact with, billing is hassle free, and I've never felt like they've pushed any additional procedures or services on me, like some of the other dental offices in the area. Would recommend them for anyone looking for their next dental office!

a month agoGreat new patient experience. Being able to put my headphones in while in the chair made it go by quicker. All the staff were very nice and polite. I appreciated their approach to transparent billing and what would or wouldn’t be covered by insurance before going ahead with the service and letting you choose if/when you wanted to do it or not.

2 weeks agoI’ve been a patient at Wynkoop Dentistry for over two years, and unfortunately, my experience has consistently fallen short of expectations. I initially hoped things would improve, but after multiple unresolved issues, I feel compelled to share my experience. I received a mouthguard from this office that was poorly made and completely deteriorated within two months. The process to get support for this was frustrating and dragged on for several months with little accountability. During this same period, I had an ongoing issue with my teeth that required multiple visits, where I was passed between different hygienists and dentists with no continuity of care. I never felt like my concerns were genuinely addressed or followed through. Most recently, I was told during my last cleaning that I had one session remaining on my Wynkoop Wellness Plan, which includes two cleanings per year and emergency visits. After driving 45 minutes for my appointment today, I was surprised and disappointed to be told I needed to pay for a new annual plan instead. The staff’s communication around this was confusing and frankly dismissive. The hygienist during my last visit spent so much time talking that I left feeling like my teeth weren’t thoroughly cleaned. Six months later, I have more buildup than usual, despite always being diligent about my dental hygiene and keeping to a regular cleaning schedule. To make matters worse, the office location is not convenient—there’s no dedicated parking and visitors are forced to pay for nearby public parking and walk a fair distance to the clinic. Given the repeated miscommunications, lack of follow-up, and poor customer service, I can no longer recommend Wynkoop Dentistry. My fiancé and I will be finding a new provider after being loyal patients for years. At the very least, I would have appreciated a gesture like a discounted or complimentary visit for the inconvenience, but sadly, the clinic has made it clear that client care is not a priority.

2 weeks agoGreat facilities, super friendly staff, new tech. No feeling of being upsold which I love as that’s hard to find these days. I’ve been going here for about two years and have had regular checkups and Invisalign consult. All good experiences. Highly recommend.
