I lived in Denver for many years and now live out of state, but I still fly back whenever I need dental work. The staff here is fantastic—friendly, efficient, and always do a great job for me. This morning there was a miscommunication on the appointment time (totally on my side), and they jumped into action and took care of me without missing a beat. Truly top-notch service. Highly recommend!

i have been going to Wynkoop dentistry for close to 10 years. Have always had good experiences until today. At my last appointment, they recommended a deep cleaning that would not be covered by insurance for approx $1600 over 2 appointments. I made the first appointment. I called today to have the appointment changed to my normal periodontal cleaning. They told me they could not do that because the deep cleaning was recommended. I told them to cancel the appointment and I would find another dentist. Not a good experience for a long term patient

GO HERE IF YOU WANT TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’ve been coming to this practice for years and was once satisfied, but it has completely gone downhill. I’ve spent over $5,000 on Invisalign and while things initially started off well, I have been consistently treated terribly the last couple of months. The staff cannot keep accurate notes, and every single visit I’m forced to re-explain my case or bring them up to speed on things they should already know. I am told the difficulties around this pertain to me being shuffled back and forth between dentists within their office. Even accepting this as true, why should my care suffer due to their staffing issues? I am supposed to be at the end of my Invisalign treatment, but my bite is not aligned and I'll need additional treatment. Keep in mind, I've been raising alarm over my bite for the last few months, but apparently those concerns were disregarded. Today was the breaking point — I arrived for a scheduled appointment to discuss my next Invisalign steps, and the dentist didn’t bother to see me until 57 minutes after my appointment time. No apology. No explanation. Just blatant disrespect for my time and my business. This office clearly prioritizes money over patient care. I’ve referred multiple people here in the past, and I regret every single one of those referrals. Now I’m actively telling friends, family, and colleagues to avoid this place entirely. I am so tired of leaving this practice frustrated every time. The only thing I’m looking forward to is finishing Invisalign so I never have to set foot in this practice again. Please note, I did reach out via email at the end of June raising these same concerns in an attempt to bring these issues to your attention in a less public manner. My email went unanswered, which is par for the course with my experience at your practice.

The office is very cool inside ! Great vibe and modern feel. Dara was amazing. Made the experience so comfortable and easy. Their new tech for cleaning was so much better than traditional methods too. Highly recommend.

My wonderful assistant whose name begins with S and is a traditional Swedish name that I don’t know how to spell was outstanding! She provided the my highest rated engaging professional service. It was my first time meeting dentist Dr. Holland who immediately impressed me with her competence, compassion and commitment to addressing my abscess diagnosis. The front desk personnel were amazingly helpful, supportive and responsive. I recommend Wynkoop Dentistry without any reservation!
