My first appointment experience at Dearborn Family Dentistry was ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING❣❣❣ It took me a long time to select a new dentist after being so disappointed by the previous dentist I had. I spent months researching dentists online in my long search to find my new dentist, and for many great reasons, I decided to see Dr. Allswang. She is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and thorough...and her "chairside" manner is very kind, caring, and reassuring. I needed to call the office to verify that Dr. Allswang took my dental insurance plan at her office before making my appointment, and I had the extreme pleasure of speaking with Alyssa and Jenny on two separate occasions who were both so kind, professional and patient with all of my questions. On the day of my appointment, I was greeted by, Brooke, at the front desk, who was as sweet, kind, welcoming and professional as Alyssa & Jenny were over the phone with me. When I was taken back to the examination room, I was greeted by Miya, my new Dental Assistant, who was also so kind, caring, gentle and professional while taking all of my x-rays and while documenting the reason for my visit. I also had the privilege and pleasure of meeting Tiffany, my new Dental Hygenist, who was so sweet that she took the time to check my teeth and gums (even though she was on her way out to pick her kids up from school) just so she could assess how much time the girls at the front desk would need to book for my teeth cleaning appointment with her on my next appointment. When I was finished with my initial dental examination, I stopped at the front desk to schedule my next appointment, and I had the pleasure and privilege of meeting and speaking with Danielle, the Office Manager, who was extremely kind, knowledgeable and professional while she explained how my insurance pre-authorizations would work to cover the procedures that Dr. Allswang would need to perform on my teeth. I can't express enough how pleased I am with my experience at Dearborn Family Dentistry and their entire team❣❣❣ I am so very happy I chose Dr. Allswang and her staff as my new dental providers, and I know you won't be disappointed if you do the same.🤗😉🤗

The best dentist office ever! Many years ago at a different dentist office I had to have a deep cleaning. The procedure was so painful during and after that I promised myself, I would never have a deep cleaning again. When my now dentist office said that I needed a deep cleaning, I was Horrified. I kept putting it off until my dentist office said there’s nothing else we can do to help your bone loss unless you get the deep cleaning. Well, today I had my deep cleaning with my dental hygienist Jamie. To my surprise, it wasn’t that difficult. Jamie explained everything and it really didn’t take longer than a regular cleaning. Another satisfied patient thank you Jamie!

Karen the dental hygienist is the best. She is super professional, light handed, and amazing all around! I would give her 10 stars if I could. I am definitely looking forward to my next cleaning.

My lifelong dentist doesn’t accept my new insurance, so I had to look around. I read the great reviews and decided to make my appointment, as a new patient. This facility has exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff was welcoming and my wait wasn’t long. Dr. Taleb was kind, informative and efficient. The dental assistant, Deb was beyond amazing. She greeted and spoke to me like a close family friend. So glad I found this place!

They are amazing!! Staff is very friendly.. they make sure your very comfortable. Really nice place and environment. Highly recommended!!
