I can honestly say my visit to Dearborn Family Dentistry was one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so kind and welcoming—it immediately put me at ease. Dr. Taleb and RDH Karen are amazing! They always take the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything in a way that is easy to understand. I really appreciate how gentle and patient they are throughout each appointment. They are fantastic—so friendly and ensures that I am comfortable the entire time. Highly recommend coming here for your next visit!

I went here today as a new patient. Keegan was my hygienist. I immediately told her it had been a very long time since my last dental visit. She was kind, fast, patient and very encouraging. I can be very nervous in medical settings And Keegan did all the right things to make sure I was comfortable. Even when I told her I was using arm and hammer tooth paste lol. If you’re unsure or a little embarrassed because it’s been a minute request her for an appt. It was completely pain free. I started out a lil nervous and literally left smiling.

I am 63 years old it was the first best time with my visit and treatment. Dr Mark Luria is an amazing person, professional and honest his team go beyond to make you safe and comfortable. Dr Luria worked in 3 tooth in one visit I felt no pain no discomfort at all he and his assistant asked me feel times if I was ok I guess because I was so quiet 🙏 sincerely.

I'm very frustrated. I had an insurance change and I called to make sure they would accept my new insurance. They told me yes. Long after my visit I received a bill for $75. I asked why. They told me they were out of network for my plan. I was not happy that they had not informed me of this when I called them six months earlier, but I paid the bill. This bill did not arrive for months and I already had another appointment on the books. This visit, I knew I was out of network, but I felt like I didn't have enough time to get a timely appointment at another office. I resigned myself to paying another $75 and finding a new office. Well I just got my bill- $181. They did x rays without warning me that there might be an exorbitant charge. The total cost was $371! I feel that they should have informed me of this cost before performing the x-rays. This all could have been avoided if the office staff had given me correct information a year ago. At other offices I have always been informed of charges (and usually asked to pay them upfront). If I had been informed, I could have denied the xrays which really were not necessary to my appointment. The dentist and hygenist were great and I have no qualms reccommending them if you are in their network.

Dr.Chami is so amazing & patient he’s amazing & his staff are beautiful and super sweet & very knowledgeable in his work as a dentist professional me and my family love it here his team is very great with my child and she has ADHD and they know how to deal with it I will never leave my dentist office; Thankyou guys for being a additional family and helping my family have a terrific smile, if you’re a nervous person or has built up fear this is you’re perfect orthodontist.
