My family and I had been going to this dentist office for years. Dr. Luria is a good dentist. However my recent experience with this office has brought me to leaving and recommending my family to do so as well. Aside from other office non-sense (waiting up to 3 hours during a normal appointment) that I was willing to put up with because my whole family went to this dentist, the office also has a habit of billing their patients for visits and then not getting back to them after asking why they were billed for it. I had my second of two regular dental cleanings this year and was charged nothing when I went to leave. During that visit the hygienist asked me if I wanted an additional service, to which, I asked if it was covered by my insurance, and she had indicated that it was. Two weeks later I was sent a bill without any explanation. To my surprise, the office had moved out of network and had never notified me, and did so in the middle of the year, as my first appointment of the year had been in network and covered by insurance. They could not explain this to me however, because when I questioned the bill, the only response I got was that they would re-submit the claim and wait for a response. I heard nothing back. I then took the initiative to call myself and ask the office about my balance about a month later, I was then told that they would reach back out to me that week or the week after regarding the balance, which they did not. I received another notice that my bill was past due in the mail. After speaking with the billing department via email I decided to pay in installments to have this whole ordeal be over with. They could only do two payments so I did that and the office specifically told me that they would call me for permission for the second payment. They charged my card without calling me of course. This office demonstrates poor business practices and a disregard for patient loyalty. I do not recommend choosing them as an office and to look elsewhere.

I can honestly say my visit to Dearborn Family Dentistry was one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so kind and welcoming—it immediately put me at ease. Dr. Taleb and RDH Karen are amazing! They always take the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything in a way that is easy to understand. I really appreciate how gentle and patient they are throughout each appointment. They are fantastic—so friendly and ensures that I am comfortable the entire time. Highly recommend coming here for your next visit!

I am 63 years old it was the first best time with my visit and treatment. Dr Mark Luria is an amazing person, professional and honest his team go beyond to make you safe and comfortable. Dr Luria worked in 3 tooth in one visit I felt no pain no discomfort at all he and his assistant asked me feel times if I was ok I guess because I was so quiet 🙏 sincerely.

I have been going here for one and a half years now and I can't say enough kind things. They are always super patient with answering all questions during the exam and never try to upsell you on things you don't want/need. The environment you walk into is of fun and merriment (while keeping things professional) and in my experience, everyone seems to get along incredibly well! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new dentist. I used to go once in a blue moon to the dentist, but since going here, I look forward to my cleaning every 6 months! I feel like a new person every time I leave here and I don't want to stop showing off the beautiful smile they help me maintain. :)

I came to Dearborn Family Dentistry after looking for a new dentist for 3 months. I'm so glad I came here. I got in right away for a cleaning and when I needed a tooth smoother, they took me right away. Everyone was wonderful, especially Tiffany. She was my hygienist and will continue to be. Dr. Allswang was great. I would recommended them to anyone!!
