The worst experience in my life! Had a bad toothache came in right after the new years. There was younger arrogant Dr. who just got back from vacationing that performed an extraction on one tooth. I felt pain through the whole procedure. When i signaled it was painful the dentist’s assistant got sharp and rude with me telling me not to interrupt the Dentist. They had to numb me some more, but it was still uncomfortable. As soon as the procedure was over I felt horrible pain. The assistant and staff refuse to give me more relief. At checkout the receptionist can see I was clearly in pain, but the only thing she was concerned about was getting the copay from me, which i could have settled at a later time. I’ve had plenty of dental work done This whole experience was not normal & if i can be brutally Honest ….bias. The previous work I had done there was performed by an older more experienced man.
