3 weeks agoI had such a great experience at Green Family Dental—I almost forgot I was at the dentist! 😄 As soon as I walked in, the front receptionist greeted me with a smile that could rival any toothpaste commercial. I barely had time to sit down before I was whisked away by the awesome assistant, Daniel, for x-rays. Quick, painless, and he didn’t even judge me for my questionable flossing habits. Next up was Patty, my hygienist, who gave my teeth the spa day they never knew they needed. She was thorough, gentle, and somehow made cleaning my teeth feel like a luxury service. Then came the cherry on top—Dr. Azangue! Super friendly, down-to-earth, and with a personality that made me feel like I was chatting with an old friend (who just happens to know a lot about molars). All in all, if you’re looking for a dental office that’s professional, welcoming, and makes you laugh even with your mouth full of instruments—Green Family Dental is the place!

a month agoI had an amazing experience at Green Family Dental! The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in. Ms. Jackie was so gentle, fast, and kind, and the hygienist explained everything in a way I could easily understand. Dr. Azangue was patient, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I also really appreciated the payment plan option that Jackie helped with. Overall, an awesome team and a fantastic experience I highly recommend them!

a week agoI rarely leave reviews, but my recent wisdom teeth extraction experience was traumatic enough that I feel compelled to speak up. I’ve been to this office before for a root canal with a different dentist, and that experience went smoothly. ( I have left a review on that experience as well) That dentist took time to speak with me, made sure I was comfortable, explained the process, numbed the area, and let the anesthesia sit before starting. I felt seen and cared for. Unfortunately, my recent visit with for my 4 wisdom tooth extraction with a different dentist (Dr. John Hegazin) was the complete opposite. I had clearly expressed that I experience dental anxiety and asked beforehand if general anesthesia would be available. I was told only local anesthesia was used, but reassured that I’d be made comfortable and fully numb. Instead, the dentist numbed me and immediately began working. He started with two fillings, which were already painful. When he moved on to the extractions, the pain became unbearable. I started to cry and was visibly shaking my head, trying to communicate that I was in pain. The dentist continued, repeating that “it’s just pressure,” but it absolutely was NOT. I couldn’t speak due to the procedure, so I had no way to advocate for myself. Afterward, I cried in the car from the pain and emotional shock. It’s taken me days to even process what happened. The most upsetting part is that their website says they offer options for patients with anxiety — yet I was never offered anything beyond basic local anesthesia. If you have dental anxiety, I strongly urge you to ask detailed questions and advocate for yourself. I tried to, and still had one of the most painful experiences of my life. Not all dentists here are the same, I know there are good ones at this office but I hope the team as a whole reconsiders how they treat vulnerable patients. Because of this experience I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE!

3 weeks agoDefinitely coming back to this dentist which is now my permanent dentist. Today I went to go get an extraction on my last wisdom tooth. And I am so happy I got this done. I was stressing about it on when I was going to get it done and the financing. Then I got a call from Amanda on 5/21/25 about a promotion going on with the extractions and that was a blessing right there. That right there told me to get it done now. Today 5/23/25 I was a bit nervous but I was so ready to get my wisdom tooth out. I felt so relaxed and calm. It was a relaxing and comfortable experience. Once the extraction was complete I was 100% relieved. I can't wait to get my cleaning done as well. Plus everyone is so friendly and nice here. Which made my whole experience 100% confident.
