4 months agoA friend recommended me to this practice a few years ago when I was looking for a second opinion, and I was so impressed with this practice that I transferred over. Not only did they save me the pain and cost of a root canal, but the quality of care in explaining every recommended treatment and what’s happening with my teeth are exemplary. From the dentists that I’ve seen to the front desk and billing staff, the entire practice genuinely demonstrates kindness, attention to detail, and sincere care for your best interest. In particular, I cannot say enough about Dr Kimia. She answers all of my questions thoroughly and never makes me feel judged, as some dentists might. Also her work is super precise. Lastly, let me give a shout out to the office staff for how quickly they consistently address my needs or concerns. If you’re looking for a new dentist, you will not be disappointed with Fairfax Advanced Dentistry.

4 months agoKristle is amazing. If it wasn’t her pleasant demeanor, patience and service I would be going to a different dentist. I found this office by an ad on social media and ever since then it’s been the most pleasant experience. I had a deep clean and most recently a crown done. Doctors did a great job. No pain, It took the dental assistant one time only to mold for my temp crown and it was a perfect fit. She didn’t have to shave and keep checking for my bite! Awesome work!

3 months agoMy husband and I had cleaning teeth appointments at Dr. Osinovsky’s office. We were impressed with staff’s professionalism and efficiency. Everybody was super kind and friendly. Their office manager Ms. Kristle was very helpful to answer billing/insurance questions. Dr. Alex is a dedicated doctor and we feel that our teeth are in very good hands.

3 weeks agoIf there was a -0 I would rate this office as such. The front office, is very manupulating and does not provide the truthful information. When I icalled in advance and then arrived at the office, provided both my primary and secondary insurance card. The office manager made copies of my cards and promised that they are in-network with both of my insurance companies. From the first moment, I specifically requested to have all my expenses submitted for pre-approval and was told that it was covered under the in-network agreements. Placing my trust in her hands, I made multiple payments costing me over $1800.00. Only to find out that as I had specifically requested for a cap and an extraction to be later filled with an implant, was over charged since the office maanger did not file properly. The extraction should have cost me only $54. However, I ended up paying for the bone craft that was submitted as the extraction. After many months of run around I was told that it was submiited and I will be refunded for out of pocket expense, which it has not happened as of yet. As for the treatment, I stated prior to any work, that my detal nerves and condition are very sensitive and the last implant I had done in Salt Lake City, Utah was such that I was place under total anesthesia and was the best expereince ever. This office and the Dr avoided using the total anesthesia and for the extraction, it took him over an hour to brake and chisel my old tooth out when my mouth was held open with the rubber piece while my tears were rooling down my face constatnly, I kept signaling for the pain and he wouldn't listen. Then noticing his nurse's reaction he kept trying to use Novacan for local anesthesia with my mouth filled with the nasty drug injection. I literally went to HELL and back. He did the same on replacing my missing cap on another tooth. He left the office after his prep while his nurse tried to place the cap on.She dropped it on the floor and Lord knows what I felt like. After mentioning this to the office manager, she bluntly explained that it was cleaned off, REALLY. After all this, he wanted to bridge my requested implant and then talked highly about other dental work costing over $15,000. WHAT A SHAME... I have requested for a full refund of all my monies for a pathetic and unprofessional care with no answer. SHAME
