4 months agoI have been going to this dental practice since 1993. My previous dentist retired and Dr. Schmidgall took over my care. Stacey has been my hygienist for many years. I love this place. They are friendly, explain things thoroughly, and are totally professional and knowledgeable. All procedures are carefully explained and the estimated cost is also explained before hand. They have all the latest equipment and keep up with educational requirements. Stacey has always made me feel extremely comfortable during my visits and I trust her to give me the best care possible. To sum it up, this practice is great and I would never want to change.

2 months agoI can’t say enough good things about this dental office! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with genuine kindness and a warm, welcoming atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. Every member of the staff is incredibly patient and understanding — they take the time to listen, explain, and make sure you’re comfortable every step of the way. Dr. Schmidgall took my concerns seriously and was patient with me every step of the way. He created a personalized plan that took into consideration my appearance/goals and overall oral health. He did a fantastic job on my cosmetic work, and I’ve truly never been happier with the way my smile looks and feels. The office is spotless and modern, equipped with state-of-the-art technology that shows their commitment to excellence. You can tell they’ve invested in both their patients and their practice. Going to the dentist can be stressful, but here, it feels like you’re being cared for by family. If you’re looking for a dental team that combines advanced care with warmth and compassion, I can’t recommend this place enough!

Marti knows I get anxious at the dentist and is fabulous at calming my nerves as well as taking excellent care of my teeth. My family has been going to the office for years and we are 100% satisfied. Not only are the people amazing, but the office itself is brand new, has state of the art equipment, and is beautifully appointed. Look no further, this is what you are looking for!

3 months agoMelissa is the best dental hygienist! She does a wonderful job cleaning my teeth and helping me stay on track with my dental care/health. She goes above and beyond the job of hygienist by making me feel special. I only see her a few times a year, but she always ask me about my personal life and she cares enough to remember what I say and ask me about it the next time I come in. Melissa is truly a gem in this office. She brings the personal touch that makes your experience that much more enjoyable and comforting.

a month agoI was so excited to find a dentist experienced in no-prep veneers and had a great virtual consultation with Dr. Schmidgall! I was even more excited to move forward with what was estimated to be a $XX,XXX procedure. However, I received a call from the office today to confirm the type of appointment I wanted—either a consultation or a comprehensive visit. The staff member kindly explained the differences and asked when I last had a cleaning. I told her it was just 2–3 weeks ago and that I had also had X-rays taken at that time. She informed me they would need to take their own. I expressed concern about undergoing additional radiation exposure so soon and mentioned that it wouldn’t be covered by my insurance. I asked if she could check with the doctor to see if an exception could be made, but she said their policy requires new X-rays regardless. So, I politely asked her to cancel my appointment and explained that I may call back in a year when I’m due for new X-rays. This was especially disappointing, as BOTH my daughter and my son had been eager to schedule her own veneer consultation after mine. I hope if Dr. Schmidgall’s office reads this and perhaps it was an error or an exception can be made they will reach back out to me, in the mean time I’ll be continuing my search. :(
