I am visiting from New Zealand and had a crown fall off my tooth so needed urgent dental care on a Saturday. Checked the reviews and it seemed like this was the best one and it most certainly was a great choice. I was able to secure an appointment within a couple of hours of calling. All team members from the initial receptionist to checking out were exceptionally helpful and friendly. They were very thorough with taking X-rays to ensure there was no further damage and discussing possible solutions to my problem. I was seen to by Dr Rachal who was fantastic - very professional, quickly understood the problem and recemented the tooth in perfectly. The team were also upfront and transparent with the costings and I was shocked as to how reasonably priced their service was. I was immensely relieved that they had been able to quickly repair my smile and at a reasonable cost. Thanks Nu Dental team at the San Felipe office.

I wouldn’t recommend this dental office. At my first visit I paid nearly $400 and part of that price included custom whitening molds/strips. At my first visit I sat down and did the molds and then was told they would call me when my whitening strips were ready to be picked up. I was not sure how long this process should take, but after 2 months and not hearing back from the dental office I decided to call and check on the status. Over the phone I was told that the molds they took at my first visit were no good and they could not making the whitening strips. I was told they meant to call me, but never did. This dental office knew from the day they took my molds that they were not usable and were simply never going to call me and tell me I needed to re-do them. Had I not called when I did, I wouldn’t have known until my next semi-annual/annual appointment. This is absolutely unacceptable and it’s unprofessional. This dental office was perfectly fine taking my money, but when it came to upholding their end of the agreement, they utterly failed and did not care. Additionally I am rating them low because my first appointment took way too long. I was at this dental office for nearly 2 hours— I’ve never been to a dentist for that long before. And it’s especially frustrating now that I missed that time at work for a 2 hour appointment that including taking whitening molds that I was never going to receive, yet payed for. I already paid $400 so I will continue to go for this one year to receive what I paid for, but after that I will be looking for a new dental office. They charge far too much to be this unprofessional.

Nu Dentistry is truly one of the best dental clinics I’ve been to. The team is exceptionally attentive—they listen carefully, explain everything clearly, and make sure you feel comfortable the whole time. They genuinely go above and beyond to help you achieve both healthy and beautiful teeth. From the warm welcome at the front desk to the thorough, gentle care during treatment, every visit leaves me feeling confident in my smile. I highly recommend Nu Dentistry to anyone looking for a practice that treats you like family and delivers outstanding results. Dr Lee and Steven were so wonderful.

First time coming to this practice and I dont regret it one bit. I have a lot of overdue work that needed to be done so I was a bit nervous but Dr. Ali, Nani, Steven and Marissa made the experience so comforting. Dr. Ali genuinely cared about my priorities and developed a plan that fit my main concerns. The work he performed was quick and pretty painless in my opinion. Nani was so pleasant to work through financials with, very patient and didnt rush me like others have. Steven's cleaning was efficient and actually very pleasant, he made sure I was ok the whole time. And my dental assistant Marissa was amazing during the whole session, very patient and careful while handling me. Overall, i would highly recommend this practice. You can easily tell they enjoy the work they do and have a genuine care for their patients.

Wonderful friendly staff! They are always helpful. The office smells wonderful and their playlist plays all my favorite songs! I would recommend NuDentistry to all families 😊
