2 months agoI had an amazing experience at NU Dentistry! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt clean, modern, and welcoming. The front desk staff was polite and efficient, and I didn’t have to wait long at all before being called in. The dental team is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. My dentist took the time to explain everything clearly, answer my questions, and made sure I felt completely comfortable before starting the procedure. You can really tell they care about patient comfort and results. What really stood out to me was their use of up-to-date technology and how gentle yet thorough they were during my cleaning and treatment. Whether you’re going in for a regular check-up or something more serious, they walk you through each step and make sure you feel heard. If you’re looking for a dental clinic that combines expert care with a friendly, calm environment, I highly recommend NU Dentistry. I left feeling confident in my dental health and genuinely cared for as a patient.

2 weeks agoThis is a dental/ortho office that I would NEVER recommend to anyone. I started my treatment with Nu Dentistry in February of 2024. Initially, I was only supposed to have braces on for 6 months but at the 11th hour, they changed my treatment plan to 12 months in the name of me being able to make smaller monthly payments. Mind you, I’ve already had braces before and what needed to be fixed shouldn’t have taken more than 6 months. I was set to pay $251 each visit which was every month. I also made a down payment of $1200 which $1000 went to my braces and the rest went to dental work they claimed I needed before getting the braces on. August of 2024, I was laid off from my job and when I went in for my appointment, I let one of the ladies there (I believe her name is Megan) know that I had been laid off and her response to me was: “so are you applying for jobs?” It took everything in me to not cuss her out because not only was that comment insensitive but it lacked professionalism. I continued to make $100 payments each visit then in December of 2024, the treatment coordinator told me I needed to make a payment of $500 in order to be seen that day and that I had just $1000 left to pay. I used Cherry Finance for $500, as well as a few hundred from my own pocket and I received treatment. March or April of this year, I had an appointment and at this point, I had moved an hour out from this Nu Dentistry location and the Orthodontist is only ever available once a month. They called me and told me I needed to make another payment of $500 to be seen that day so I canceled the appointment and asked them to send me proof of my treatment plan and all the payments I made from February 2024 till March 2025. I asked for this in April and JUST received this information via email LAST WEEK. I have emailed them SEVERALLY and made it clear that I will not be able to continue treatment with them due to distance. They sent an email with a document stating that if treatment is to cease then they would have to take the braces off. As of last week, I emailed them and asked when I can come to get the braces off and no response. I’m not sure how they have almost 5 stars when I’ve heard other patients with similar complaints as mine. I would appreciate if they would respond back to my email and let me take these damn braces off so I can move on with my life. Again, I DO NOT RECOMMEND NU DENTISTRY.
