I have been coming to Nu for 3 years. This is HANDS DOWN THE BEST DENTIST OFFICE IN HOUSTON!!!! I love the staff. I love the dentist every one is just so beautiful and so friendly! Phenomenal customer service and the best dentist in town! 10/10 every time I come an they are so consistent! I don’t think I’ll ever switch dentist!! Thank you so much you guys!!

First time coming to this practice and I dont regret it one bit. I have a lot of overdue work that needed to be done so I was a bit nervous but Dr. Ali, Nani, Steven and Marissa made the experience so comforting. Dr. Ali genuinely cared about my priorities and developed a plan that fit my main concerns. The work he performed was quick and pretty painless in my opinion. Nani was so pleasant to work through financials with, very patient and didnt rush me like others have. Steven's cleaning was efficient and actually very pleasant, he made sure I was ok the whole time. And my dental assistant Marissa was amazing during the whole session, very patient and careful while handling me. Overall, i would highly recommend this practice. You can easily tell they enjoy the work they do and have a genuine care for their patients.

This was my first time here and the service was great. Dr Le was very kind and detailed in rendering care. The assistant Kuana was very patient. The hygienist Steven did an amazing and thorough job with the cleaning. The front desk lady (violet )and the office manager were very pleasant in attending to me. Overall great experience

They made me pay $50 for the initial checkup of my implant, which was loose. Then the dentist came and examined me. They offered me treatment for over $700 with uncertain results, so I refused, saying I couldn't pay that much for uncertain outcomes. Then they made me wait a long time, and the dentist came again and said we might need to replace the screw. They made me wait even longer. Then they offered over $1200 for screw replacement if needed. These negotiations lasted more than two hours, each time making me wait for an extended period while they assessed the price. I was annoyed because all their offers were based on guesswork. From experience, I know that guesswork and unreasonable prices indicate a lack of expertise and are likely scams. Do not visit this clinic.

Nu Dentistry is truly one of the best dental clinics I’ve been to. The team is exceptionally attentive—they listen carefully, explain everything clearly, and make sure you feel comfortable the whole time. They genuinely go above and beyond to help you achieve both healthy and beautiful teeth. From the warm welcome at the front desk to the thorough, gentle care during treatment, every visit leaves me feeling confident in my smile. I highly recommend Nu Dentistry to anyone looking for a practice that treats you like family and delivers outstanding results. Dr Lee and Steven were so wonderful.
