Great place to bring your kids and yourself ....I have brought my son here since his first check up as a baby & now he is 11yrs old and I love how attentive they are how they clean his teeth and in all 11yrs my son has only had one cavity. Out of this 15 years they have been in business we have been here for 11yrs of them. I truly recommend this dental & orthodontic place for all of your family. It's a very clean, patien, and friendly place to come to, always feel so welcoming. Thank you to all the staff and the Dr. Giraldo she is so amazing with kids she has always seen my son every 6 months. Will continue to come here. Thank you to Ms. Aura for doing an amazing job on cleaning my son's teeth and keeping him relax and calm through the treatment 😊!!!!!

Yesterday, I called to reschedule my appointment with the orthodontist. The receptionist who answered said that was the only available day and asked if I wanted to keep my appointment. I wanted to know their other availability, even if it wasn't for this week. She said she would transfer me to that department. She placed me on hold for 30 min, and during that time, she would pick up the line and put me back on hold. I called from another line, which she answered. (I took screenshots) I told her to go ahead and cancel my appointment and told her she still had me on hold online. She didn't provide any update as to why I was on hold. While I was on hold, I would appreciate it if she checked in on me instead of immediately placing me on hold. Or if she could have had someone to call me back, who could have helped me? What baffled me was that she could cancel the appointment but could not reschedule. I understand any business is busy, but If this is how you treat all your cash-paying patients. The professionalism and customer service of the establishment have dramatically increased since I started bringing my son here.

Great experience with my daughters sedation from Dr. Quach everything went smooth & they have cameras in every room so you can see everything that’s going on during sedation miss Zuly kept coming and also giving me updates. And Dr. Gloria always makes sure my daughters experience is fun and awesome . Best dentist I’ve come across.
