Tippit Dental blew me away! After years of avoiding the dentist (naturally), I was terrified to go - but they made me feel completely at ease. Dr. Gonzalez and his entire team were kind, professional, and genuinely comforting. I never thought I’d describe a dental visit as pleasant, but here we are! 10/10 recommend.

I had the best experience as a new patient with Tippit dental. My hygienist went above and beyond to take care of my sensitive teeth. And my dentist listened to my concerns and helped come up with a plan to address them. I normally dread my dental appointments, but I truly look forward to seeing my amazing team next time. I can’t recommend them enough. Oh, and the front staff couldn’t have been more welcoming. I’m very impressed with my entire experience!

I was really looking forward to being a patient at this dental office, but my recent experience with the front desk showed how quickly a practice can lose a patient based on the way they are treated. When I scheduled my cleaning, I specifically asked the front desk to confirm whether my appointment would be covered by insurance, as I did not want to pay out of pocket. They assured me they would. On the day of the appointment, the cleaning itself went smoothly, and while I was in the chair, the hygienist informed me that they would also be performing an exam and X-rays. I asked if those services would be covered and was told yes. At checkout, nothing was collected at the front desk. A week ago, I received a phone call from Jenny stating that I owed $40. When I called to clarify, I was met with a condescending tone and told that the balance was because my exam was done before the due date — and that it was my responsibility to know when my last cleaning and exam took place. I explained that I had asked the practice to check my benefits ahead of time, since they are the insurance experts, but instead of working with me, the blame was placed back on me. When I canceled my follow-up appointment, there was no attempt made to address my concerns or retain me as a patient. While I understand that mistakes can happen, the dismissive way I was treated left a very poor impression. It’s disappointing, as I had been excited to find a new dental home, but this experience with the front desk was enough to make me seek care elsewhere

I’ve always been terrified of the dentist and today I had my best experience ever getting my teeth cleaned. Kelsea was so sweet and patient. The doctor took time to go over my concerns as well and the front desk staff was really really friendly. I am so happy to have found my dentist. If you are scared of going to the dentist definitely go here!
