I had a great experience here. The receptionist was warm and welcoming. Anto the manager helped get me seen quickly and walked me through the appt. from start to finish. Vanessa explained my treatment plan and informed me before starting anything what the cost of each procedure would be which eased my mind. Anais the assistant was gentle and answered all my questions. Dr Nelson took time to listen to my tooth history and was kind and empathetic. He made me feel super comfortable through all of it. I had some traumatic experiences in the past with the procedure I needed, but this experience was different completely. It was really easy, super professional fast and accommodating.I feel confident that my mouth is well cared for, and that I won’t have unexpected or unexplained costs. Thanks to this team!

I underwent a laser therapy treatment at this clinic and was charged over $800 which they claimed was a "discount." I later discovered that the same procedure is available for approximately $40 at Nu Dentistry in Houston, TX 77057 (great place). During my visit, I felt significant pressure and fear to agree to this laser therapy after being told I had periodontal disease and needed immediate treatment. This left me feeling that I had no choice but to accept the procedure without fully understanding the cost or exploring other options. Adding to my concerns, two months after a root canal performed here, I continue to experience sensitivity on the treated side. This lingering discomfort has made me hesitant to return, as each visit seems to unveil another issue requiring additional payment. I urge anyone considering treatment here to thoroughly research other reputable dental providers in Houston. Doing so could potentially save you HUNDREDS of dollars and spare you from unnecessary stress. Transparency and fair pricing are essential in healthcare, and patients deserve to feel confident that their provider prioritizes their well-being over profit.

I had a good experience at this location. Dr. Vu took her time and was very detailed. She took the time to show me each X-ray picture and explain in detail the treatment plan. Regina and Anto were part of the team as well and took good care of me. They played my preferred music in the background and made the experience as comfortable as a dentist visit could be. Would recommend.
