My family and I have always had a great experience at Hall Family Dentistry. There facility is top notch and the entire team is friendly, professional and genuinely cares about their patients. A special thank you to Megan, who always takes care of us and makes every visit feel comfortable and stress free. She is kind, thorough and truly goes above and beyond. It's rare to find a dental office that makes you feel so welcome and that's exactly what Hall Family Dentistry does. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Hall, Heather, Holly (could have been Haley - I'm so bad with names) and the rest of the staff. I was having a difficult time finding a dentist who could see me same day as a new patient. I had a slight dental emergency and I've just moved to the Indianapolis area. I called and they were able to see me within an hour! After reading all of their five-star Google reviews and experiencing an office visit first hand, I completely understand why they are rated so highly. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, kind, and genuinely caring. Dr. Hall and his team took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answer my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. What impressed me most was how compassionate and patient they were. They didn't make me feel rushed or pressured. Instead, they treated me with kindness, respect, and professionalism every step of the way. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed. The staff is incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable, and the entire office has such a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. One of the things I appreciated most was that they treated us with dignity and respect. Finding a dentist who doesn't make you feel judged or shamed can be surprisingly difficult, but this office was the complete opposite. There was none of that uncomfortable feeling of being talked down to or treated like a zoo exhibit while sitting in the chair. Instead, they made us feel comfortable, valued, and genuinely cared for. What really stood out is how much effort they put into getting to know their patients as people, not just as teeth.
