in the last weekI’ve been going here since roughly 2015. They keep letting me come back and keeping my smile tuned up. I feel confident they are top notch so I talked my daughter into becoming part of the gang. Shes only 12 so she doesn’t have a say. When she starts paying my way I’ll go where she wants. But she loves it too. I’m a real chatter box and their mouth tools are always interrupting me🤔Gotta take the good with the bad I guess. It’s a very professional, uplifting establishment. Very transparent when discussing options, helpful, every staff is polite, very personable folk. Well good talking with ya. Good luck 🍀

in the last weekVery professional and caring. Dr. Geiger and her team did a great job taking care of my 8 month old son. He was seen for tongue and lip tie and had them released. The care and love they showed him was what this very nervous mom needed. All my questions were answered with clear explanations. I felt calm and at ease with every step.

a week agoNo reason at all to feel nervous or stressed about coming to this office. They really do everything they can to make you comfortable. My favorite part is the sunglasses to keep the lights from blinding you. They even offered a blanket in case I felt cold. Everyone I’ve met has been welcoming and kind and they go above and beyond your expectations. I’ll recommend them to anyone

a month agoI’m ashamed to admit that it has been over 3-5 years since I have been to the dentist and I was very very nervous for this visit. However, all my stressing and worry was washed away once I found out how kind and thoughtful the staff is! Their pre-appointment questionnaire asked 2 things that let me know I was in good hands: how nervous I was from 1-10 for going to the dentist and what accommodations I would like during the appointment (blanket, sunglasses, etc). I was really nervous, since I hadn’t been in a long while, and they almost immediately put my mind at ease with how compassionate and personable they were! The dentist walked me through some of the problem areas I have and then will have in the future and the game plan of prevention or treatment for everything. I surprisingly had no real issues with my teeth! Then I was handed over to the hygienist. I was starting to get really really nervous cause I knew how painful the cleaning was going to be, but much to my surprise the hygienist was so so gentle and asked me if I was okay after each section she cleaned up. She did give me numbing cream, not a shot, and that helped so so much! I wasn’t in any pain the entire appointment which I very much appreciated! The hygienist worked so quickly and thoroughly. Before she was done she asked me to feel my teeth and tell her if I wanted anywhere touched up, but from what I felt my teeth had never felt so clean! I’m writing this the next day after my appointment and they are still so so clean!!! After she was done with me she got me a goodie bag of toothpaste, tooth brush, mouth wash, and floss. I told her I was thinking about buying myself a tongue scrubber, and then she handed me one!!! It works great if I don’t gag on it lol After that I was done! My appointment went longer than usual only because it was my first time back in years and they needed x-rays and scans, so I’m sure it will be a quick in and out next time! All-in-all I had an amazing experience at Southeast Family Dental and they will be my all things dental needs from now!! Thank you so much Southeast Family Dental for the best dentist experience I’ve ever had! Can’t wait for the next one!!!

a month agoI had been putting off the dentist for sometime due to dental anxiety. Today was my first visit and everything was great. There was no wait in the waiting room. Lindsey, the dental hygienist, was awesome and put me at ease. Dr. Jones went over everything very thoroughly and I would highly recommend to anyone.
