The staff was friendly and professional, making everything run smoothly. A special shoutout to Lisa and Taylor they were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to explain my dental insurance benefits clearly, which made the whole process much less stressful. Their communication was excellent, and they made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. I truly appreciate the care and attention I received from Hollie throughout my cleaning. 5 months agoEveryone at the office was super helpful and kind. Lisa and Taylor at the front desk were great — they answered all my questions and made check-in really easy. Hollie did an awesome job with my cleaning. She was gentle but thorough, and explained everything as she went. Overall, a really positive experience and I appreciated how professional and friendly the whole team was. So happy to have found a place that makes me feel comfortable just walking in the door!

5 months agoA rare find, it's getting harder to find independent dentists- esp great ones- as corporate chains are taking over. Office is beautiful and immaculate, staff is lovely and efficient, and Dr. West is everything you want in a care provider: smart, genuine, real. As soon as I joined I had a crown issue and scheduling an emergency visit was a breeze and the whole process went well.

5 months agoI recently referred my daughter here only for her to receive awful care. The check up with Dr. West went well. However, after she already had her X-rays completed and was literally in the exam chair for the hygienist to began her cleaning, the hygienist abruptly stopped mid exam and went to the front desk. When she returned she informed my daughter in order to continue the cleaning she was required to pay $100. First off, annual routine cleaning is covered and also, my daughter provided all insurance info well ahead of her visit. If any payment was required it should have been taken care of at check in. The front desk staff were rude about the whole matter! Horrible patient care!
