Dr Dean and his staff are the best! Karen has been greeting me with her wonderful smile and positive attitude for years. Always makes you feel like you’re family. Tristine has been the best hygienist I’ve ever had. Gentle with the cleanings, very knowledgeable, and always remembers little things about me or my family that makes for pleasant conversation. And it goes without saying that Dr Dean is top notch in the field of cosmetic dentistry.

Had an infected front tooth pulled on Aug 12 and Dr Dean did an excellent job ! Have a new like front tooth now with very little pain! The entire ordeal was actually easy enough ! Karen. & Tammy up front are awesome as was his sweet assistant! I highly recommend Dr. Dean n his staff!

I have been seeing Dr. Dean Cosmetic dentistry for over 20yrs. Before moving back home to Knoxville, I lived in Atlanta over 20yrs. The dental care I receive with Dr. Dean compared to my Atlanta dentist is so much better! I would leave my old dental office in extreme pain in my gums and a sore mouth for several days. Dr. Dean's office is Very Gental, caring, through and I get above excellent care!! The office billing staff are also very kind and bend over backwards to help myself and my husband to get our bills paid either by our insurance or even when we have to pay out of pocket. I am in my sixtys and I braces again. My teeth cleaning yesterday was Pain Free! Highly recommend!

Dr. Dean and his team truly saved the day! I will be forever grateful for the incredible care I received. After dealing with a frustrating mishap at another dental office, I was referred to Dr.Dean. His amazing staff (including but not limited to Karen!) got me scheduled right away. During my consultation, Dr. Dean not only assessed the issue but also fixed my front tooth on the spot. I was beyond impressed because it was an estimated timeframe of over a month from the other dentist. The entire team was professional, warm, and efficient. Our son with special needs has been going to Dr. Dean for 23 years (since he was 3). Dr. Dean and his staff have been wonderful with him from the beginning. Our son is not consistent with his dental hygiene and Dr. Dean’s staff was constantly helping us to find alternative ideas to help him.
