My overall experience has been nothing but amazing! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the lovely coordinators who guided me through the entire process in detail and took care of the paperwork. Dr. Gary Woodall is very likeable and quickly eases you out before diving deep into patient history and setting expectations. My hygienist, Silky Kramer was really meticulous and patient, taking time to answer all the questions I had. I would highly recommend Dr. Woodall and his team to anyone looking to establish a dentist in the Knoxville area.

As both a patient and a dental assistant, I can’t recommend Dr. Woodall and his team highly enough. While I was in dental assisting school, I was looking for an office where I could shadow and continue learning. Dr. Woodall welcomed me back time and time again, and every experience was wonderful. Dr. Woodall has been my dentist since i was a little kid, and has always been great. Now he's taking care of me, my wife, and my kids with the same great care. He and his staff are always friendly and professional.

Dr. Woodall and his staff are hands down THE BEST. They’re the only healthcare providers I’ve ever had in my entire life who I feel like I have a relationship with. They know who I am when I walk in the door, and they are always interested in my life. They call me right back and I don’t think I’ve ever had to wait more than 5 minutes in the lobby. I’ve had no major dental issues so it’s typically just a quick cleaning but I had a toothache when I went in yesterday and I felt like Dr. Woodall and Haley immediately jumped all over it and took every measure to figure out what was going on. And my tooth is no longer hurting! So grateful, and I’ll be going to this office until doc retires.
