I’ve only visited twice for cleaning but have had such a great experience so far! I’ve had three previous dentists and prefer Hillcrest over the others. Professional, clean, comfortable, and patient. They are always happy to answer questions and speak on concerns. Lovely staff and amazing customer service!

Due to an unfortunate accident when I was young I have spent a lot of time in many dentist offices over the years. I am now in my early ‘50s. Yesterday was my first visit at Hillcrest Dental and by far this is the most professional, well organized and caring staff I have ever encountered. From the dental assistant Gladys, the hygienist Misty and the billing administration all TOP NOTCH! I am so glad my search brought me here and I would highly recommend their office!

I had such a good experience here! I’ve always had a bit of dentist/dental office PTSD (lol), but everyone in this office was very welcoming. They genuinely cared, took their time with me, and made sure I felt comfortable. The whole team was happy, bubbly, and super informative about everything they were doing. It honestly felt like they enjoy what they do and really want their patients to feel cared for. I highly recommend! 🫶

My experience at Hillcrest Dental was an impressive one. I haven't been to the dentist in so long that I was worried about the cost of the damage I had done to my teeth. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and taken care of in ways that are rarely seen now-a-days. EVERYONE, from the first interaction with the receptionist, the initial screening and imaging, the consultation, going over all the work I needed, discussing pricing and payment plans, the deep cleaning with the hygenist, my Crown installation, setting up the follow ups, the procedures with the doctor, the reminders before the appointments, the cheerful and personable greetings from the staff who know, not only my name, but remembered my wife and my baby. Not one interaction, from start to finish was anything less than absolute care and professionalism. I can fully and confidently recommend this dental office and their staff for anyone reading this review. I chose to schedule almost all of my dental work for a single day and they were able to accomodate my request. They worked on me for about 7 hours that day and i was I was pain free during all of my procedures. As senior management at my place of employment, I can tell that the managers or owners of this establishment value customer service above all else and it is very easy to see how it affects the whole team. I have taken my wife to get her dental work here as well and we are both extremely happy with the results. I hope this teams continues to shine as an example of what a medical practice SHOULD feel like.
