My experience at Hillcrest Dental was an impressive one. I haven't been to the dentist in so long that I was worried about the cost of the damage I had done to my teeth. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and taken care of in ways that are rarely seen now-a-days. EVERYONE, from the first interaction with the receptionist, the initial screening and imaging, the consultation, going over all the work I needed, discussing pricing and payment plans, the deep cleaning with the hygenist, my Crown installation, setting up the follow ups, the procedures with the doctor, the reminders before the appointments, the cheerful and personable greetings from the staff who know, not only my name, but remembered my wife and my baby. Not one interaction, from start to finish was anything less than absolute care and professionalism. I can fully and confidently recommend this dental office and their staff for anyone reading this review. I chose to schedule almost all of my dental work for a single day and they were able to accomodate my request. They worked on me for about 7 hours that day and i was I was pain free during all of my procedures. As senior management at my place of employment, I can tell that the managers or owners of this establishment value customer service above all else and it is very easy to see how it affects the whole team. I have taken my wife to get her dental work here as well and we are both extremely happy with the results. I hope this teams continues to shine as an example of what a medical practice SHOULD feel like. Thank you Hillcrest, Thank you Nolan (receptionist extraordinaire), Thank you Misty (maniacaly wonderful hygenist), and thank you Dr Navaro (most gentle molar remover, and professional cavity remover). I will be returning every 3 months for my regular cleaning. See you all again soon.

The free consultation was great. I had a wonderful experience with Diane, Genny, and Dr K. Every one of them took their time with me and answered all my questions. I was amazed that the doctor actually checked something for me that even my dentist just kind of had been ignoring. You just feel welcome when you deal with anybody in the office, which is nice to see. I've had some really bad experiences with dentists and office staff, as well as some good ones. My current dentist is awesome with getting your teeth just right for you, but unfortunately she doesn't offer the better quality of implants that Hillcrest is offering. I am looking forward to getting the procedure done here and being finally able to eat anything again!

This dentist is highly recommended if you're looking for a dentist. I adore this dentist; they are extremely kind and clean. The doctor is skilled and will assist you in the process, and the hygienist is likewise excellent and highly skilled. will definitely advise you to visit this place.

Im happy I finally a find Hillcrest Dental, meet with Dr Navarro & Dr Kamini did my bone graft to save my one implant tooth , & his wife also a dentist did my tooth filling awesome couple, Oh, my new found hygienist her name, Misty my very tender caring hygienist . They're all excellent doing the job well done for my needs and fast.Very caring to their patient, from the e day technician sorry forgot their names and from the front desk and Savannah the billing and finance coordinator . I brought my daughter in for her first visit at this office for a routine exam and cleaning, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team was so kind, patient, and thorough - explaining each step and making sure she felt comfortable the whole time. They also recommended sealants on her molars as a preventive measure against cavities, and explained the benefits clearly. My husband is already a patient here, and after seeing the care our daughter received, I’ll be joining as well. We feel very confident knowing our family’s dental care is in such good hands. Highly recommend!
