I recently had the pleasure of Visiting Delicate Dental for my routine appointment. Finding a Dental office that combines thier clinical experience with genuine patient care, can be a challenge but this practice exceeds all expectations. From the moment I stepped into the Delicate dental, I was greeted with warm and professional front office staff, especially shaniece she is wonderful. The scheduling process are very easy and flexible. Dr Bryan a clear reminder and very accommodating. I genuinely appreciate this Delicate Dental. If you are looking for a dental office that treats you like family and and values patient time , I highly recommend Delicate Dental.

Brittney took super good care of my son who is on spectrum. She engaged with him and his many questions and comment. We're so grateful the practice was able to squeeze us in on an emergency basis and all of the staff and doctors have been good with my son. We're grateful to those who referred us to this practice. (Full disclosure: this review was written in exchange for a free oral cancer screening where they shine a light in your mouth. Not sure whether my 18 year old non-smoker, non-drinker son is at very high risk for oral cancer, but whatever 🤷🏻) I would strongly advise you check out both the positive AND negative reviews.

Delicate Dental scheduling receptionist Rene did an outstanding job getting me scheduling with the correct providing that accepts my insurance. The staff was very informative on processing me into their clinic. Shaniece did a great job with taking X- Rays and assisting me with my dentist. I would highly recommend this office they offer many different hours to be seen to work around your schedule.

At 43, choosing this office was by far the worst dental decision I’ve ever made. They recommended six fillings (four right, two left) and described the treatment as partly “preventative.” All six were completed in a single session. I was never given the option to do the work in stages (one side or a few fillings at a time), which multiple other dentists have since told me is the standard approach to better manage bite alignment and complications. A quick Google search confirms this is the generally accepted method. Two months later, I am still in significant pain (7–8/10) with no resolution. I returned to Dr. Reyes four times for adjustments and, after losing confidence, saw another dentist twice. One filling was also found to have a hole within two weeks. When I raised concerns and requested a refund of only my out of pocket, the office attempted to blame me—despite the fact that I couldn’t have made the hole since I was unable and still unable to eat hard foods and never given any other options. I was never informed that completing all six at once would likely require multiple adjustment visits, nor that staging the work was an option. Dr. Reyes later acknowledged that multiple visits for alignment would be necessary. When I asked why all six were done at once, I was told it was to “save the planet” by reducing trips—yet this approach has resulted in far more visits, expense, and inconvenience. This practice operates in a high-volume, aggressive manner with little emphasis on patient care or informed decision-making. I'd be surprised if all 2,000 plus positive reviews were real patients. Two months later, my bite is still not aligned, I remain in significant pain, and there is no clear solution and still waiting for my nominal refund compared to what I have experienced and continue to experience. More reviews to come depending on their handling of this. Proceed with caution.

I wanted to share my extremely positive experience with Dr. Reyes. Both my mother and I recently had appointments with her, and we were both incredibly impressed. Dr. Reyes was exceptionally patient with my mother, who had several dental issues. She took a significant amount of time to thoroughly explain everything and outline various treatment plans for her to consider. I received the same level of detailed and attentive care during my own appointment. She is very polite, highly detailed, and made us both feel very comfortable communicating our concerns. I would enthusiastically recommend Dr. Reyes to everyone.
