2 weeks agoI’m a new customer of Wagner Dental. Yesterday was my 3rd appointment and I continue to be very impressed by them. Everything about Wagner Dental is superior to anything I’ve experienced with other dentists these past 81 years. Their facility is beautiful - spotless and well organized and seems to have the latest technology and equipment. Their office personnel, dentists, and dental assistants are highly professional, friendly, and helpful. My “take away” from each visit has been “wow, that was much easier and more comfortable than I ever thought was possible!” In particular, Dr. Wade Wagner and his assistant Angela are excellent and deserve my thanks and whole hearted recommendation.

2 weeks agoI love Wagner Dental. Since moving to Vegas a year ago we are so happy to find such a professional and pleasant dental practice. Everyone there is so nice and pleasant. The office is top notch and up to date. Going to the dentist is not one of my favorite things to do...but going to Wagner makes it much easier 😉

2 weeks agoWagner Dental is the best dental office, ever!!! Seriously. Over the years, I’ve been to 5 different dental offices in Northwest Las Vegas and all were horrible and unethical (hard pressure tactics, unnecessary procedures, incorrect billing, rude staff/dentists, etc.). The staff members at Wagner Dental are all very friendly and professional. They are HIGHLY ETHICAL, and I feel very comfortable entrusting my dental care to them. I even have my adult son going to them, because I trust them. I highly recommend Wagner Dental!!!

3 months agoI had a dental exam here today and for the first time ever I left there dentist feeling happy and relaxed about my teeth and my health in general. The staff was so fun, happy and friendly! My dentist (Dr. Cannon) was also very nice and took a lot of time to discuss my situation and upcoming procedures. I have zero complaints and I’m actually not scared to go back in for my next appointment. I’m so glad I found Wagner Dental and will be bringing my whole family in.

a week agoIt’s very disheartening to even write this review. I’ve been going to the Wagners since I was about 8 years old, after moving here from Texas, I’m now 41. I’ve followed them through three location changes, nearly two decades at one, and now to the new, more “ritzy” office they share with a cousin. Sadly, I’ve never felt more like just a number than I do now. In the past, if there was ever a co-pay or fee, I always knew about it well in advance, usually a month before my appointment. Now, they seem to have adopted a tactic where you’re brought to the back, procedures are done without full explanation, and then you’re told about unexpected charges afterward, followed by pressure to pay immediately. Six months ago, I was told I needed panoramic X-rays. I agreed, had them done, and then after my cleaning, received a bill saying I owed money. It’s unreasonable not to tell a patient beforehand that something will cost extra so they can decide. At my most recent visit, it was the same story. I declined the fluoride (as I always do), finished my cleaning, and then was told I had a copay. I’ve had the same insurance for over 15 years and have never had a copay for cleanings. When I tried to pay only the copay (since my HSA requires a bill to reimburse additional costs), the staff member ran my card for the full amount anyway after saying, “Can’t you just pay this?” , which felt very intimidating. After over 30 years as a loyal patient, I’ll be finding a new dentist. Do better when hiring and training your staff, because I’m certain I’m not the first long-time patient you’ve lost, and I won’t be the last. Looking back, I should have known to move on when your long-time receptionist of 15 years left before the big relocation. Since then, I’ve seen a revolving door of new front desk and billing staff, and it shows. Do better.
