Karla the assistant who took my impressions was so gentle and so kind. Lidia the manager who went over treatment and pricing was very helpful and informative! Stephanie was very helpful from the moment that I first picked up the phone to schedule the appointment and helped me with the whole process. Thank you to the entire team for an exceptional visit!

Don’t worry be happy, is my experience with Happy Smiles. I was worried about procedures (time) and payments (money). I knew I needed braces and with Lidia’s help I was given mental and financial clarity. Lidia showed me how to get and pay for braces. Every procedure had been clearly explained by her. Lidia gave a clear picture on how much and long I would be paying. I would 100% recommend Happy Smiles if you have any children because they are so friendly. They have a way with kids. They speak Spanish too, I’m not sure if they speak other languages you never know. BUT I came here because it was near me but ended staying because of the friendly and professional atmosphere Happy Smiles brings.

Everything at Happy Smiles was amazing. They took me back right away for my appointment. The office is very clean and modern. The staff and the doctor were extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for an all around efficient dental office visit!

I had a GREAT experience with all staff. As someone who has anxiety around the dentist office, they made me feel comfortable and not ashamed of my situation. Very helpful team with affordable service! *5/21 UPDATE* After realizing my insurance wasn’t accepted, I unfortunately wanted to cancel my upcoming appointments so that I could find a dental office that accepts my insurance. However, I realized I was met with tension after asking for a refund on the deposit of $300 that I placed for a cleaning service which I had NOT received. After asking multiple times, I was ignored & constantly being “redirected” by them trying to make me continue to receive services. I was told I would be called back & yet no one has called me. After calling them today I was told no one can take my call. It comes off as if they are avoiding me and not trying to give me my money back for a service that I did not have done. I am surprised by the sudden change in behavior because I initially enjoyed my experience here and had high hopes. Unfortunately, this experience has left me disappointed in this dental office.

I came in for a consultation for braces and I walked out with braces same day. the whole process was very easy and they make the process possible with accessible payments. the staff is very nice and gentle. i couldn’t be happier with my first time visit ! 🙏🏽
